I bought an Evolve blender few months ago and it is really fantastic. You can make a lot in these glass jugs: healthy smoothies, tasty soups and the best option I really use is the voice command, it is really fantastic and useful, so I don't keep washing my hands to use it, I simply tell her to make my food :)

The Optimum appliances are absolutely great. If you really want a quality appliance do not hesitate to buy from Froothie. I love my Optimum VAC Blender and got a juicer as well a few days ago. Already made some fresh juice and cannot wait to create some sorbet as well :)

Have the new Evolve and I am amazed by it, especially the glass jugs are amazing and the steaming feature. Haven't used the voice control feature yet but will definitely try that out also soon. Going to get another one as Xmas present for my mum as well, I bet she will be as excited as I am :)

Using my Optimum 9200A since a few years ago. Pricing was great at that time, took advantage of a discount and delivery was as per expectations. No issues since I bought it and I use it almost daily with creating recipes that are online or adapt them as per my need. :D Recommended Froothie to my friends and not only.

Purchased my Optimum 9200A about 3 years ago and it is still working like on the first day. I am so happy with it. I can blend everything with it and it is my go-to kitchen appliance :) Will be buying one for my mother in law as well as she always wants to borrow mine :D Recently I also got a Vibrofit for my mum and she loves it :)

I am in love with my Vibrofit. Very easy to use & understand. It is great that it tells you how many calories you burn. Well built machine offering a good range of programs that tone the body over time.

I am very happy with my Optimum 9200A. My family is using it every day. I am so impressed how powerful it is! I simple love it and could not do without. Yesterday I made nut butter for the first time and it was very smooth.

We purchased an Optimum blender a couple of years ago and had a whole slew of problems with it. It took a while for the company to admit there were some issues, but after much communication, they not only gave us a free refund, but have sent us a new blender G2 model, which is absolutely great so far!!

Overall happy with Froothie they have honored their warranty i have had a new jug and i'm on my third optimum 9400 replacement , Due to brushes wearing out on the motor ..Jug replacement was down to poor quality bearings the second time they went i replaced them with high quality bearings i purchased myself.

The Optimum blender is absolutely great, the reason i do not give a five star review is that after informing by email and got a confirmation about a delivery date it came a month later.

I have owned my 9200A for about 12 months. After 11 months it started leaking at the base. Last week while I was making banana ice cream for the kids, I noticed a metallic sound and later found that 3 pieces of the blade broke off into the mix. Lucky I noticed the metal pieces in the ice cream or we would have ended up in intensive care that night. To date Smoothie haven’t addressed the problem with their product or fixed my issue and I have lodged complaint with the Department Of Fair Trading.

This appears to be an internationally operating company...I am from New Zealand and recently purchased a bread machine that was reduced by $200 from $549 to $349. It sounded too good to be true. I could not activate the 10% discount offered. After my purchase went through I contacted them via email requesting a 10% refund to offset the 10% offered discount. Excuses, that made no sense...Then after expecting my purchase had been dispatched I received an email stating it was several weeks away and blamed the manufacturer. I immediately asked for a full refund. Instead I received another email pressuring me to make a $100 "deposit" to hold the machine for when it materialised. Ultimately, with all the alarm bells ringing, I googled them...DON'T have anything to do with this company, unless you expect and are OK with very poor response and customer service. BUYER BEWARE! Froothie is actually Athena...

Terrible customer service! Don't buy! Unreliable products! Used to be a good company in the past, but now it's a nightmare. My blender LED touchscreen panel stopped working, I returned it to the repair center, then I get an upgrade offer, paid, received blender (doubtly new) that completely stop working only after the second time I used it since I opened the box, returned it... FOUR MONTHS now and I don't have working blender! And I PAID for new one and the shipping costs! Any feedback I get is no less than ten days after my messages and most of the time is completely inadequate.
