“Ordered a couple of items from here and was sent an email to say my order was received, then nothing. I waited and waited, then emailed to ask has it been dispatched yet? No reply. I have since emailed again to say cancel my order, still had no reply. It does say allow 30 days for delivery in the small print on their website but I can not wait that long! They should put a phone number on their website too.”
