Your after sales support is ridiculous. There were scratches on the tv console when it was delivered. Jaedon Chai has already changed the delivery time twice, first time was because he said he did not receive any reply from me, but I’m fact I did reply to the Sales staff as advised by Jaedon himself to do so. Second time was because he accidentally booked a delivery on a public holiday, which I was told no delivery will be arranged on public holidays. I’m supposed to receive the exchange console tomorrow but up to now I haven’t received any email or sms to confirm what time the delivery is. It’s is now 6pm and there is no one answering the support phone call.

I have requested for rectification for my Steven feature walls. The customer service team was prompted in their follow up. Instead of doing rectification works on the Steven wall feature, they initiated a 1-1 exchange for me. Such customer service is commendable.

The after sales service is good. They came back 2 times to fix the door for me. Their furniture range is getting better with also better design now.

The delivery was very efficient and they texted me about their proximity and arrival time. They also arrived within the arranged slot. The delivery and assembly guys were professional and polite. 5 stars!

bad. bedframe suppose to arrive in sept, in the end shipment delay more than a month in oct. waste time. if communicated earlier wouldnt have bought from them

Jaedon has been very prompt in providing updates on the delivery given the delay previously due to COVID. He is able to attend to our needs from the beginning of the sales all the way to after sales. Really impressed. However, there was a customer service lady who called to arrange the delivery which we have waited for almost few months. On the delivery day, she called to say that the items will not be coming and reason given was she did not register the delivery. I was in shocked and the only alternative is to schedule the delivery 1 month later. Gladly for Jaedon, he assist to bring forward the delivery and at least we are able to receive the item within less than a month.

Product was of good quality. But delivery was delayed for more than a month due to unforseen circumstances. Overall ok.

Really poor, paid for the bed in full in April, bed was promised to arrive on May, but after months and months of emailing the bed still has not arrived, claiming that there’s delay. When asked for a refund they mentioned no refund and couldn’t give us a date or estimation of when the bed will even arrive, basically telling us we just have to wait aimlessly and endlessly. Told them that the current bed is falling apart which is why we rushed to purchase a new one for it to come in May and asked for alternatives for service recovery but told that only if I paid hundreds more for other beds then can be delivered within weeks. Bed frame was quite nice though. But overall, very horrible experience, never going to order from them again!

Would give 5 if not for the delay of shipment.Bought 4 ft sliding door wardrobe. Good quality product and I love that they keep me informed promptly at every stage and updated via SMS.

I purchase 2 items including a customer sofa. The 2 dining chairs were in order and timely arrival. However, I am not satisfied with getting update that the sofa will be delayed for more than 1 month from the committed delivery date of 16 Oct 2021. At point of purchase , before I proceed, i indicated very clearly I will not want to wait if it’s beyond mid-Oct. Covid situation has been ongoing since 2020, it’s not fair to consumers to use that as a reason to under deliver on commitment to customers. Do revert on my query. Thank you
