“We placed order for 2 sets Beds/Mattresses; 2 sets wardrobes in early November/2021. Patiently waited for delivery as planned for end Dec/2021. We have 3 family members tested Covid19 positive on 3 different dates. This had also affected delivery. Coupled with delay in stock arrival, we just received the wardrobes today. Prior to actual delivery, we had some disputes/conflicts with FullHouse staff. Fortunately, we were able to discuss the inconveniences FullHouse and us as customer face and with mutual understanding and clarifications explained, we’re glad that the deal was transacted and completed and achieved satisfaction. By the way, I had patronised FullHouse in year 2019 and am a returning customer. Yes, I’ll recommend my contacts to FullHouse whenever anyone requires furniture products. Last but not least, the entire team: sales staff - Bosco and Sebas; and delivery staff provided good service and achieved high level customer satisfaction.”

“Salesperson Cruise Tang is very friendly, not pushy and follow through our order. Sms was sent the day before delivery. Delivery called before coming over. Good service.”

“The delivery timing was really on the dot. Fullhouse capture delivery timing very well. The delivery personal will call you 30mins prior to their arrival, and also sms to inform you on their estimated arrival time after the call. Very well done. Highly recommended.”

“Jaedon has been very prompt in providing updates on the delivery given the delay previously due to COVID. He is able to attend to our needs from the beginning of the sales all the way to after sales. Really impressed. However, there was a customer service lady who called to arrange the delivery which we have waited for almost few months. On the delivery day, she called to say that the items will not be coming and reason given was she did not register the delivery. I was in shocked and the only alternative is to schedule the delivery 1 month later. Gladly for Jaedon, he assist to bring forward the delivery and at least we are able to receive the item within less than a month.”
