Appalling service after bike purchased. Eventually bike couriered to me, but had to cut seatpost myself. The bike was not checked properly at the 6 week check. I took it to another R&M dealer who found one brake needed bleeding ( I had pointed this out at the check but was partially working). I had been asked if I would like to change the angle on the handlebars- I agreed to discuss when collecting the bike- but the mechanic present on that day didn’t know how to do it. The rear wheel had not been fully secured after tyre change and the tension on the gear band was incorrect. With a poorly secured wheel and a non functioning brake…..this is a very poor level of service

Charged my 8 pound for delivery but sent it with FedEx who only deliver on weekdays. Poor customer service overall

Fully charged, fully charged my life. Their knowledge and range of e-bikes is second to none. The staff are experts in the space, super kind and beyond helpful. Really impressive show room, that even has a child area where my kids could keep entertained whilst we discussed the ideal bike for me. It’s the little details that count and fully charged are brilliant. Will certainly be back and couldn’t recommend them higher. 5 stars

I bought a RM Charger 4 and owned for 5 weeks now and seems to be a near perfect purchase. For my intended use for purchasing, I should have probably opted for the Homage as Tristan (Silverstone) suggested. I’ll be back at Fully Charge by the year end to upgrade to Homage (Sooner if my bank allows it). From Test riding through to Delivery, Tristen has been exceptional: friendly; informative, and trustworthy. I highly recommend giving the business a visit and going on to purchasing a E-bike. I have barely been in a car since for personal travel, despite winter floods, driving rain and freezing wind. With the carry capacity of the panniers to the comfort/reliability of the bike I don't ever want to be a car owner again.

I purchased a Nearly new bike, still well over £2000.00p It's been used as a demo bike. But I was a little disappointed that it came not cleaned, and bits of sticky plastic stuck to the front forks. also, the battery was all but flat. Apart from that, the phone staff were clear and friendly, the delivery was good and the bike is in good condition. Just a little disappointed on arrival as it was a present for my wife.

It's a great bike - fast when needed and comfortable / It's heavy but I guess that is part of the workout. The team at Fully charged were really helpful and surprisingly charming .

I bought a 'pre-owned' Desiknio Pinion x35 that has arrived in great condition - could barely tell it was second hand. The bike itself is very well made and really light for an e-bike.

We bought an HSD S+ in July this year. We had a great time at Fully Charged Cornwall testing out different bikes and what would suit us. Chris was super helpful in making a decision and had great communication. When new bike day arrived Chris dropped the bike to our home and helped us set it up. We had a problem with a faulty motor and Chris literlly sorted it as soon as there was a problem. He had the bike back to us within 48 hrs of the part arriving and we have had problem free biking since. We are now 400 miles in and I LOVE this bike! It has become a true second car/ car replacement and I would much rather go and do errands, school runs and commute to work on the bike than I would drive the car. We have bought some additional accessories that I would totally recommend and have been invaluable - the clubhouse mini, mad pad and storm box. We have the stirrups and wheel guards for next summer but haven't used them yet. Our 4 year old loves going on the bike and it's made our school run lots of fun. All in all a wonderful experience and great communication. We bought through a cycle to work scheme which was also quick and straightforward. Would definitely recommend Fully Charged Cornwall to a friend. Excellent buying experience and customer service! Would definitely recommend the HSD S+ if they have any left. It's a really lovely bike to ride!

Excellent customer service, great communication, very fast delivery. Fully Charged are a company that I would definitely use again. Managed to buy my dream bike for an awesome price, thanks to Max, Ben and the team at Fully Charged. Now enjoying my awesome Moustache Samedi FS7, meaning I can keep up with my wife.

I have had the bike for 4 days and really enjoying it. The purchase and delivery was super quick and efficient and Fully Charged met every one of their promises. The bike was actually delivered ahead of time and al I had to do was adjust the handle bars. All other aspects of the bike had been checked and sorted before delivery. Such a simple case of deliver and ride. Max was great help to answer some initial queries such that I’ve been able to use the bike immediately and enjoying every ride. Excellent company, service, delivery and product. What’s not to like

Going straight from not owning a bike to an eCargo for use mostly in central London was quite a daunting move for me, but Fully Charged provided fantastic support and advice right through the process from my initial browsing and test rides to purchase and aftercare including the complementary six weeks health check. Everyone we came into contact with were clearly passionate about helping provide their clients with positive ebike experiences and that's certainly what we had and continue to have as we enjoy the many improvements our eCargo bike brings to our daily routines!

Great experience. I bought an accessory for my bike online and I went to collect the same day. I olso realise that an other accessory was available there last minute and I was able to purchase in place. The staff was really helpful and polite specially considering that was closing time and they should finish the shift already. I can't remember the name of the guy how help me but I want to say a thank for his time.
