H there, this item was cancelled on Sunday 7th of Feb, and even though it was due to be delivered on Wednesday 10 .02.16, TNT never delivered it. we left a note on the front door, for TNT, to return this item to the seller. We hope that TNT has returned this item to yourseleves. Please refund the monies to my paypal account. thank you. j a jeyarajah

Ordered a Range Rover twin seat ride in car for Christmas for grandson. Very happy when it arrived well packaged. It is huge and goes very well but the electrics are faulty and the lights flicker and mp3 player doesnt work. Contacted Fun4Kids who offered full refund if |I could package it up and return it which is impossible due to its size. The cost of returning was over £150 by carrier. Post Office say it is too big for them. Cannot take it away from my Grandson to return it anyway it would break his heart. Fun4kids say they are contacting Chinese manufacturer for circuit diagram but nothing is forthcoming so I cannot even get it fixed myself. They obviously import items direct to customer so have no control over the quality or standard of the items they supply. Be prepared for disappointment.

Dont buy these plates, they are awful.. Didnt fit the car even though they ask what model the car is so they fit... It was just a piece of paper laminated which i could have done myself.. I couldnt stick them on as there was nothing to stick it on with and after a few hours it all came apart and i had a piece of paper in my hand.. I emailed the company to tell them i was nt happy and iv been completely ignored so yeah i wouldnt bother wasting my money as i had a awful experience

I ordered a scooter for my daughters birthday on 13/1/16, I ordered with the option to pay extra to have it delivered on 12/1/16, it is now 14th, still no scooter, their landline is dead, I emailed them on the evening of the 12th and was assured it would be with us on 13th, my daughter and myself are so upset that she didn't have a present to open on her birthday, my daughter is autistic so no amount of explaining to her is going to make her understand,fun4kids were quick enough to take the money out of my account straight away. I won't be recommending them to anyone

Unfortunately on putting it together Christmas Day way found some faults in the front end of the car. With bits either moulded incorrectly or snapped off - please see pictures attached: I believe the grill could be super glued on, but that may not be a good idea should we need to take it apart for some reason. brought the rocket G12 12 v electric car for my grandson for christmas purchased it on 30/10/2015 as it stated on website that all cars brought warrenty would start from christmas.My grandson lives in kent so we delivered it he rode it sunday 3/1/2016 and the car was fine got up the morning of the 4/1/2016 and it was dead as a doe doe now it wont charge there are no charging light nothing now when he stopped riding it sunday it was still charged well as it hasnt started to slow and charge light was fine. I have emailed the website left on my paypal receipt nothing i rang the number also left on my e mail receipt guess what the number doesnt exist it says you have dialled incorrectly. I have messaged fun4kids on facebook nothing i have emailed the "main man " Garry Mills nothing he deletes anything that is put on facebook so it dont make him look bad. I have now opened a case with paypal but have been advised by a friend that works in a solicitors and has quizzed one of the solicitors there to take him to a small claims court. I know have my 3 year old grandson crying on the phone asking why father christmas has left him a broken car. There are loads of peopple making complaints about this site and this man you only have to read the facebook page but get there quick before he deletes them my advise DO NOT BUY FROM HERE pay the extra few quid and get it from a reputable company

Poor customer service abrupt and unhelpful responses and then they just stopped responding all together. The remote control for the car is very flimsy and unresponsive. Car makes a loud buzzing sound - instructions where for a similar car but not the one I ordered some parts did not even show in the instruction hence putting it together was a guessing game. Car looks stunning but that's about as far as it goes.

Very disappointing. The big xmas surprise was delivered in it's original packaging with no overwrap so my daughter, who opened the door to the delivery man, found out what she was getting. No apology or plans to rectify this for other customers when I contacted the supplier, they said they would review in New Year. So if you want a surprise present delivered don't do via this supplier.

I was sent a different colour balance board I asked for champagne and got gold with no Bluetooth on it.Iv wrote to u on several occasions about it and had no response.Im going to have an upset son Xmas morning because he choice champagne colour and I got gold which is nothing like the colour plus he wanted Bluetooth and never got it.I won't recommend u to anyone

Not off to a gd start tnt delivered it to wrong address and item wa a opened. .don't think anything missing bit can't be 100% emailed fun4kids no email returned..opened the bike and all dents on Caine of front of bikes. ..not emailed em cos Imutual email not responded 2...won't order again

Ride on ordered twice by mistake. Postcode I was given to return to nit correct. Have asked 3 times how I will be refunded and still no reply Phone number out or order Not happy Dont know if motorbike works yet so can't comment on product yet

I too have ordered a ride on for my daughter had no communication from him no one answers phone. Lucky I have tracked his address down his own personal address. So will be getting a visit if no ride on arrives or no contact is made to me. Dean Featherstone

If I could give zero stars I would. Where do I start? Car lasted 1 day due to faulty charger and battery. Gary ‘Pops’ Mills, one of the rudest men I have ever dealt with, didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience. He did however send me a new control box however it was for another model. When he eventually did send me the right control box, I fitted it and it still didn’t work. I asked for a refund and he told me that batteries were not covered under the guarantee. I told him that the better never worked in the first place and that I would go to trading standards. I have not had a response from him since. He has just ignored my emails. Luckily I payed through PayPal and after escalating it to their resolution centre, and having to spend £64 to return the car, they concluded that I was entitled to a refund and I got my money back. However I am still down £64 for the return of the car. Do not deal with this company. Their owner is rude and ignorant.

Ordered a hot tub with chemical starter pack, hot tub arrived on time but no chemicals. Email from Garry suggesting it would come direct from supplier in 2/3 days ( strange as shows as in stock and 2 day delivery on website) . No chemicals have arrived over a week later and no response to multiple emails, sales " hot" line is so hot no one answers it or it is permanently engaged. Poor service so off to Paypal now to get a refunds, seems I am not the only one to get poor service from this company - look at Trustpilot!!
