“I still havent received my order. it stated it would arrive in 2 working days and it has now been a week. It is a good job i ordered well in advance for my sons birthday.”

“The electric car is amazing, can't fault it at all however delivery wasn't the best...the item was delayed in transit with poor communication from the delivery company, and then the packaging was very badly damaged on arrival with parts of the car poking out the box...but luckily the car was okay! Also I don't recommend the personalised 'number plates' they are merely laminated pieces of paper which you could make yourself, much better products cheaper on other sites. I did contact fun4kids about my issues but customer service isn't one of their strong points, their reply in relation to the plates was what did I expect for £4.95?! The problem wasn't the money it was the way the product was advertised as 'number plates' when they are in fact laminated pieces of paper which I could have made myself for 50p! All in all I'd 100% recommend the car but not fun4kids.”

“clicked for the "£5 off", for spending over £100 offer, I am still waiting for the £5. And can't find the dvd that was supposed to be sent with the pool. still waiting for phone call you promised about dvd”

“The engines started to smell as smoke, and at some point one of them stopped working at all but then went back. We've not even take it outside. If it keeps doing so, i will ask for a refund as i am not happy to pay this amount of money on a defective toy.”

“Item arrived damaged and when i tryed to phone got no response was able to repair damage so im 90% happy items need to be packaged better and delivery company needs to take more care.”

“I HAVE JUST OPENED THE PACKAGING FOR ONE OF YOUR RIDE ON ELECTRIC CARS AND AM ASTONISHED AT THE NUMBER OF PARTS THAT I AM EXPECTED TO ASSEMBLE. I WAS EXPECTING SOME AMOUNT OF SELF ASSEMBLY BUT NOTHING IN THIS SCALE. I DO NOT HAVE A DEGREE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING AND AM NOT A CHARTERED ENGINEER. WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT COMPLETE THE ASSEMBLY? DO YOU OFFER AN ASSEMBLY SERVICE?”

“Disastrous assembly, they could have assemble a bit more but left every thing on us, we are not ENGINEERS. The booklet for guidance is so meak and is in black and white, we have to find a video from USA to complete it, was assembled in 4 hours by 3 adults, even screw driver was not provided. Other wise a jeep is robust and is for 6 plus.”

“Welll i bought this for my daughters birthday that was 2nd April. She was so excited. So putting together on her birthday to find we only had couple small screws and nothing else to put it together. As you can imagine i had a very disappointed and upset daughter. I emailed the company Monday to get email back to say someone will get back to me in 24hours. It is now Thursday and NO-ONE has!!! Not happy!!!”
