“Disastrous assembly, they could have assemble a bit more but left every thing on us, we are not ENGINEERS. The booklet for guidance is so meak and is in black and white, we have to find a video from USA to complete it, was assembled in 4 hours by 3 adults, even screw driver was not provided. Other wise a jeep is robust and is for 6 plus.”

“I ordered a razor mod over a week ago and it stated that it would be here within 2 days of ordering my product and still has not arrived I've tried to contact fun4kids but all there contact numbers are invalid I've emailed fun4kids to find out when my product will be here and have not had a reply. This item is a present for my daughters birthday and I'm very unhappy with the fact that I've paid £280 for a item in which has not been delivered or had any feed back to state when my item will be here. I will not be buying from this website again and will also be telling people to stay clear. Very disappointing!!”

“Delivery good quality of build very disappointing, none of the supplied bolts and nuts fitted front bars had to drill and use self tappers, if had of more time would have returned, would recommend you assembly one yourself and see if build same fault as we found.”

“The jeep I bought there was scratches on the side!!! The horn doesn't work. And the back lights only work when they want to!!! I've emailed some guy Gary who was helpful in the beginning but I've had no reply since!!!! I hope this goes on your website.”

“Placed on order on the Friday for Lamborghini for my son. Delivery turns up Monday and received a Mercedes. Contacted them Monday to say the wrong item was delivered. Informed me a collection will be arranged. Friday night now and still no contact. Don't use this site”

“This company is a joke my little girls retro rocket pocket mob came with missing parts cracks in the plastics and they told me to mend it with insulation tape very angry and disappointed that's these cowboys are trying to get away with it”

“If goods are faulty then this company is really poor. They believe they don't have to comply with consumer law. I had to persue them through the court to get my money back (they had to refund plus costs) AVOID AVOID AVOID (unless you're happy to say goodbye to your money). Look at the other reviews. Don't risk it for Christmas.”

“I paid £185 for a Mercedes car when I had found one o another site for £125. I thought I would pay a little extra for what seemed like a legit company, however I was wrong. 1. Personalised number plate I paid extra for did not arrive. 2. The car was missing pieces and I had to use my own screws. 3. The wire connecting the wheeling steel was snapped. 4. The music and sound is strange techno music with a young girls Chinese accent saying strange phrases, with some very odd animal stories told in quite a scary accent, the mp3 / USB port does not work. 5. No response from the telephone or email lines. 6. The January discount code did not work on checkout. Update: The wheel has fallen off and the motor has stopped working, the company are refusing to refund the car and have stopped responding to me. There is no telephone line or warranty and the car and company are based in china.”

“There isn’t an option to give minus or zero stars. Absolutely disgusting service. Placed an order and got thanked for my order on the website. No e-mail to confirm order but was guaranteed delivery on the website before Christmas. Kept checking my e-mails for an update or confirmation but nothing. 5 days after ordering I started to panick so checked on the website for my order history. Order complete so it must be on its way. Still nothing the following day and now it says unable to track delivery. Sent an e-mail and was told they would contact suppler. Two hours later an e-mail. My refund will be processed within 3-5 days. No explanation why so I sent a complaint and asked why I was getting a refund and not my item. Still waiting for a reply. I’m now understandably worried about my refund. I would avoid this company at all costs.”

“Purchased a kids ride on car and was let down by the courier company. Just4Kids / Dragon Toys dealt with the situation very well and resolved the issues fairly and to be quickly after making the necessary investigations. I would just like to place on record my thanks to them for doing this when they Could have taken a much harsher stance. 10/10 from me.”
