“Communication was awful, not told when delivery would be due. When trying to contact fun4kids I did not receive a reply. Unable to comment on the product I purchased as not yet opened. Ordered for a 2nd birthday present and it arrived late. Out of delivery time frame!!”

“H there, this item was cancelled on Sunday 7th of Feb, and even though it was due to be delivered on Wednesday 10 .02.16, TNT never delivered it. we left a note on the front door, for TNT, to return this item to the seller. We hope that TNT has returned this item to yourseleves. Please refund the monies to my paypal account. thank you. j a jeyarajah”

“It was very difficult to assemble. The instructions were not written in proper english, neither did the colour coding match. Lots of different screws, with no explanation. Would not buy another one.”

“I purchased e300 razor as a Christmas gift, there was rust on the side stand and the footplate cover was not fixed in place correctly. I reported this matter via Fun 4 kids contact link on their website but was completely ignored. Disappointing lack of service. !!”

Unfortunately on putting it together Christmas Day way found some faults in the front end of the car. With bits either moulded incorrectly or snapped off - please see pictures attached: I believe the grill could be super glued on, but that may not be a good idea should we need to take it apart for some reason. Is there any chance we could have a replacement part sent out? Also I have to say the stickers are badly placed and many have bubbles under them as well dent/ stress marks on the plastic red parts. “The jeep I bought there was scratches on the side!!! The horn doesn't work. And the back lights only work when they want to!!! I've emailed some guy Gary who was helpful in the beginning but I've had no reply since!!!! I hope this goes on your website.”

“I was sent a different colour balance board I asked for champagne and got gold with no Bluetooth on it.Iv wrote to u on several occasions about it and had no response.Im going to have an upset son Xmas morning because he choice champagne colour and I got gold which is nothing like the colour plus he wanted Bluetooth and never got it.I won't recommend u to anyone”

“Not off to a gd start tnt delivered it to wrong address and item wa a opened. .don't think anything missing bit can't be 100% emailed fun4kids no email returned..opened the bike and all dents on Caine of front of bikes. ..not emailed em cos Imutual email not responded 2...won't order again”

“Ride on ordered twice by mistake. Postcode I was given to return to nit correct. Have asked 3 times how I will be refunded and still no reply Phone number out or order Not happy Dont know if motorbike works yet so can't comment on product yet”

“Do not buy from this company, the advertising is totally misleading. On their website I watched a video of children using electric scooters, their ages looked to be from about 6 to 10, so I ordered one for my (tall) 8 year old grand daughter. When it arrived the litriture with it says recommended for 14 years old and upwards and the "thing weighs a Ton". The front bar is too tall and can not be adjusted, so now I'm stuck with something unusable.”

“i was sent an email the day befor black friday stating "we dont do black friday,wew just beat the rest on price so i orderd my electric kids car for £270 then at midnight they dropped off £20 for the black friday that they stated they didnt do.i would have waited if i wasnt sent the missleading email.feal misslead by fun for kids.”
