Worst ever company I've used in my life! Appalling customer service now in stuck with a 400 pound toy ford ranger car that's faulty and they won't replace it or refund me bunch of robbing tests do not use them ever they've done it to loads of people

Instructions don’t make sense in some parts also asks you to assemble parts which are already assembled no response from the office since I brought it I will now go to the resolution centre to get money back. DO NOT BUY FRON THIS COMPANY even the WARNING sticker doesn’t make sense.( Spelling mistakes and words mixed up so it doesn’t make sense

I purchased a ride on car for my son. It arrived and was damaged all scratched. I’ve emailed twice regarding this and no response.

If I could give zero stars I would. Where do I start? Car lasted 1 day due to faulty charger and battery. Gary ‘Pops’ Mills, one of the rudest men I have ever dealt with, didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience. He did however send me a new control box however it was for another model. When he eventually did send me the right control box, I fitted it and it still didn’t work. I asked for a refund and he told me that batteries were not covered under the guarantee. I told him that the better never worked in the first place and that I would go to trading standards. I have not had a response from him since. He has just ignored my emails. Luckily I payed through PayPal and after escalating it to their resolution centre, and having to spend £64 to return the car, they concluded that I was entitled to a refund and I got my money back. However I am still down £64 for the return of the car. Do not deal with this company. Their owner is rude and ignorant.

Ordered a Mercedes jeep for my boy for Christmas it never worked properly tried to get in contact with no luck for weeks finally got sent a new part this didn't work tried for ages to get in touch again with no luck still waiting now cars sitting collecting dust my son is gutted the customer service is disgraceful would seriously not recommend not to buy of this site

Bought the ferrari car for my 1yr old sons birthday. Only lasted few wks. One light wasn't working she it arrived then the steering wheel bar snapped. I have been emailing the company since last yr. Reply was the supplier is unable to provide any help. What a waste of money £250 paid for a car that had a very cheap quality parts! And service from the kid4fun was very poor.

Ordered a 24v Mercedes ride on for just under £400. The ride on arrived and is in fact a 12v plus (false advertisement) the drivers door doesn’t lock closed so it just flings open (safety issue) plus there’s quite abit of cosmetic damage inside! Seriously disappointed! The contact number is pointless as no body answers the line. I tried the line from a hour after the ride on was delivered and for 3 days after! Also nobody responds to emails! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Such bad quality it's unreal! Chinese!! The door isn't shutting properly the car body is a different colour to the rest of the body. The underneath of the car is green (bearing in mind the car is royal blue)..

I ordered a Christmas present of a ride on car for my daughter, there are defects in the product, instructions were terrible with a page missing and it is not riding to top it all off. I’ve phoned several times but no one picks up the phone and have emailed help desk twice, once on the 20th and once on the 27th December, no one has bothered to reply. Absolutely rubbish customer service.

Very pleased with the product I purchased in the end, but very disappointed with the service. I had an installation issue and was told to call the manufacturer. They couldn't help as I purchased the goods from Fun4kids. I got no further help and was told that all that could be offered was refund after Christmas. Pointless considering it was a Christmas present that my daughter was looking forward to for months. In the end I took it down to a local you shop that resolved the issue.

I didn’t receive my item. The carrier called me at 9:27pm and rude to me because I wasn’t there at that time at night. I would like a full refund as I didn’t receive my items.

Avoid this company at all costs, i bought an item from them on the 3rd December got an email saying that its been dispatched with a shipment which i was unable to use. been over a week so i got worried tried contacting them via email a few different times and had the same response every time tried calling them no answer, do not use them you will not receive your item. now I'm £150.00 down and my kids have no Christmas present. so please don't use them i don't want people been ripped off as I have and most likely a lot of other customers have been too

Unfortunately the item I ordered was not available, even though I was able to place the order, It wasn't until I enquired as to the whereabouts of my delivery that I was told that the item had been discontinued and was no longer available, I was not offered an alternative and was informed that my money was in the process of being refunded.

Ordered the electric go-kart on Thursday with a clear indication when booking that delivery would be before Christmas -today is Monday and still no indication as to when delivery will be. I have received an email telling me to look out for a ‘tracking’ email -that has still not been received -and no further replies to my emails. Would appreciate a response -with it being so close to Christmas and not even an indication of dispatch/shipment, this is very concerning. I hope to hear something soon

Please reply to my emails or answer the phone, red ford ranger paid for. Will now not arrive, I'll take another product so my son will have something for Christmas. It's not acceptable to have no contact.

Ordered an electric motor bike for my daughters xmas only to recieve an email 4 days later (after it was paid for) to say they no longer stock the product. Rediculous this close to xmas!!! It then took a further 2days for the money to be refunded
