We purchased the Range Rover ride-on which broke down after 3/4 short goes. We contacted fun4kids and were sent various parts to try and fix it but it is still broken and we have been ignored when we asked for a refund or replacement despite it being under warranty. Trying one last email to resolve before taking legal action against the company. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from them as you risk being ripped off and you child being highly disappointed. There seems to be only email means of contacting them so beware.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. My son brought a bike from this company with his own money, when it arrived it was damaged. I also ordered an extra battery, which NEVER arrived. I have emailed the company on a number of occasions and they haven't had the decency to email me back. I tried contacting them through facebook (again on a number of occasions) and they have now blocked me so I cant contact them. My son now has a bike that he cant use and is over £500 out of pocket. How can they do this to a child? Its absolutely disgusting. I will be taking this matter further. From looking at the reviews, this company has done the same thing to other people. How can a company keep doing this to people? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ..... ABSOLUTE JOKE.

After an initial problem due to lack of contact regarding my order status, I am pleased to say the situation was resolved and I have now received my order. So pleased it came as the item is absolutely fantastic.

Bought a Christmas present for our daughter that was IN STOCK only to be told a week later it wouldn’t come off container until Boxing Day . Too late to order something else , Christmas is spoilt now

I have tried numerous times to contact Fun4Kids via their phone number and by their email address with no response. No contact is making me nervous as I ordered an item a week ago and am slightly scared that my item (for my grandson) will not arrive. - UPDATE 14/12/17 = My item arrived today via UPS, so pleased, still need to open to check though. Received mail reply from Garry with tracking info (after it was delivered). Thanks

Horrendous service, faulty car. Emails not answered, calls not answered. Seeking legal action. All I wanted was to exchange the faulty car. We h ave been given two exchange dates by Garry and neither of those were honoured and my wife lost two days pay, this company has ruined my son's Christmas. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company as they clearly don't care about customers and more importantly they don't care about children's happiness at all. That Garry bloke is a complete waste of time and a liar .Tin pot company taking people's hard earned money and ripping them off.

Even though the toy I bought arrived on time, and any questions I asked were answered in 24 hours and wrong was put right by the next post, I am still a bit apprehensive in dealing with a company that has only a name and not an address and only one person to answer your queries by the name of Garry

AVOID THIS COMPANY! So it is my daughters birthday tomorrow, and the £200 Range Rover is dented and broken...!! I have emailed and Facebook messaged as no one answers the phone number. Not one response Shame on you as a family business you would think you would at least have the decency to reply! After reading more reviews from unhappy clients take the advice and shop else where. After saving to get her the toy car she wanted gutted doesn't come close!!!

I paid £8.95 for next day delivery and it never came till 3 days later and when it came there was no remote control with the car which was the only reason I ordered it

I still havent received my order. it stated it would arrive in 2 working days and it has now been a week. It is a good job i ordered well in advance for my sons birthday.

The car pins are cheap and flimsy and have broken on all wheels falling off. We've had to buy parts to fix it. My daughter is only 2 and average sized so don't expect this. Looks good but poor quality fixings.

Ordered an item and paid, the next day recieved an email addressed to someone else saying they were unable to fulfill order (no reason give).

The engines started to smell as smoke, and at some point one of them stopped working at all but then went back. We've not even take it outside. If it keeps doing so, i will ask for a refund as i am not happy to pay this amount of money on a defective toy.
