Bought a Christmas present for our daughter that was IN STOCK only to be told a week later it wouldn’t come off container until Boxing Day . Too late to order something else , Christmas is spoilt now

Horrendous service, faulty car. Emails not answered, calls not answered. Seeking legal action. All I wanted was to exchange the faulty car. We h ave been given two exchange dates by Garry and neither of those were honoured and my wife lost two days pay, this company has ruined my son's Christmas. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company as they clearly don't care about customers and more importantly they don't care about children's happiness at all. That Garry bloke is a complete waste of time and a liar .Tin pot company taking people's hard earned money and ripping them off.

Ordered a hot tub with chemical starter pack, hot tub arrived on time but no chemicals. Email from Garry suggesting it would come direct from supplier in 2/3 days ( strange as shows as in stock and 2 day delivery on website) . No chemicals have arrived over a week later and no response to multiple emails, sales " hot" line is so hot no one answers it or it is permanently engaged. Poor service so off to Paypal now to get a refunds, seems I am not the only one to get poor service from this company - look at Trustpilot!!

I put one star because I couldn't go any lower sent my son's car back that I bought him for Christmas and I've had no response at all I've emailed them hundreds of times I've telephone them and I've heard nothing I'm not going to have the money back in time to buy my son another one for Christmas so he's going to have to do without should be called not Fun For Kids absolute disgrace

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and £145 taken from my account, I have not received the item, I have not heard anything from, they are not returning my emails and the telephone number 0845 5060466 is not answered!!

I have never come across such a rubbish unprofessional company. Paid over £200 to receive a second hand damaged car. As stared in their policy they did not stick to their word to cover the cost of the item back and lost communication with when i reminded them of their policy. Now they are refusing to re-imburse postage costs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are a spam company.

Paid for the personalised reg, nearly two weeks later we’re still waiting, been on the phone sent numerous emails and apparently it’s on it’s way! Supposed to be a birthday present but it’s going to be late!!

I clicked onto the item I wanted to spread the cost like advertised over 12 months to help with payments, however when purchasing the item the whole amount was taken out leaving me with financial issues. Trying to contact fun4kids is almost impossible. When I finally got a message back through Facebook messenger they were very unhelpful. I will not be using this website in future.

No confirmation email, no dispatch email. Emailed to see when it would arrive to be told check the discription of the scooter! Said 5 working days, it’s been 6 working days and still nothing! Avoid!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! So it is my daughters birthday tomorrow, and the £200 Range Rover is dented and broken...!! I have emailed and Facebook messaged as no one answers the phone number. Not one response Shame on you as a family business you would think you would at least have the decency to reply! After reading more reviews from unhappy clients take the advice and shop else where. After saving to get her the toy car she wanted gutted doesn't come close!!!

I paid £8.95 for next day delivery and it never came till 3 days later and when it came there was no remote control with the car which was the only reason I ordered it

The car pins are cheap and flimsy and have broken on all wheels falling off. We've had to buy parts to fix it. My daughter is only 2 and average sized so don't expect this. Looks good but poor quality fixings.
