About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“Table is grand, but it's not the one in some of the pictures. The leaves fit nicely inside the table, which obviously means that they are not as wide as the outside of the table, so you get wider bits at the end. The pictures show it all to be the same width when extended. The instructions were also a little confusing, with some of the screws not looking terribly like their pictures, but we figured it out.”

“Sideboard was fine for the price. However, we would not order from furnicomp again. Delivery was appalling - we would not knowingly use any company that uses xdp as their courier.”

“Checked estimated delviery before purchase and it stated 7-10 days. Our order was sent to courier after 14 days and now the courier is going to take another 2 weeks. Fast response when emailed and courier used was very polite and helpful but struggling for drivers. Cant review furniture as of yet.”

“tracking and confirmation took some time to come through and I was about to cancel order thinking I'd been scammed. When I received the item, I have now built it up but had a problem at the end in that the central plinth of wood separating the door cabinets is of poor quality and I have been unable to screw in the doour hinges. The chipboard has just broken away and I cannot now fix the door on. Can you please advise if you will compensate for this as I am not in a position to start all this again and rebuild a new one but will aim to find a local joiner to see if he can fix it for mw.”

“The furniture though beautiful has some snags with the rollers always getting off rail, the assembling of the wardrobe I got was so tedious this is because the instructions manual is absolutely a joke. It’s not DIY novice friendly. It’s lacks explanation especially when probably it is trying to explain what is to be done on the back of the wardrobe. Finally, there isn’t any form of labelling of the items for ease of assembly. It’s just pathetic and poor. My acceptable rating is simply because of how beautiful the wardrobe looks when it’s eventually set up, right.”

“The wardrobe looks lovely, unfortunately it turned up and due to a date or time not being confirmed I was at work and it was left outside. Unfortunately, when I opened it, one of the mirrored doors was smashed and I am currently still waiting for a replacement. Otherwise a good product.”

“Delivery good, the issue have is that not 1 piece of the flat pack was numbered or marked ! It was pure guesswork on how to put it together.”

“Ordered a TV cabinet - prompt delivery and a reasonable price, the product style and quality is good. But.. THE worst assembly instructions I have ever seen in my life. Had to apply lots of guesswork, and measure up the fixings and cabinet pieces for myself, as there was no indication or labelling of what's what. Time consuming and frustrating, and needlessly so.”

“Annoyingly !!! Cost me more money !! I paid for a tradesman to build the cupboards. When it came to putting the hinges on the doors , they were not fit for purpose. Had to have a full st redesigns to fit the unit. If Using the ones provided the doors would not have closed . As previously mentioned the fitter had to rejig the whole hinges .”

“Looks great but had difficulty with the doors in the middle whilst putting it together where you have to put the screws in the same place to attach so it does not work out unless there was something we were doing wrong? Managed to sort something out in the end where they went on properly. Overall it does look really nice. The delivery however was not great! I live in a second floor flat & the delivery guys said £20 & well take it upstairs for you! I was not aware of this & did not have any cash on me so they put it in my lobby of my block of flats (not very safely) so myself & my dad who is a pensioner had to struggle with it up the stairs & the 2 boxes are very heavy! so be aware of this if you do live in a flat.”

“Great unit but wasn’t told it was out of stock when ordered called after a week of no response and was told out of stock but to be fair came back into stock within 3 weeks But main thing is I’m happy with the product and was cheaper than other sites”

“Was sorry that the hardboard backing board was unpainted, so dreary brown back was visible as soon as you opened the door , the rest of cupboard is clean and white .I was disappointed in quality : sides too thin to screw hooks into , but design is neat and fits the space well . Thankyou”

“Only 1 shelf came with my wardrobe. Please open a complaint. I had to either choose from a shelf high or just above the draws OR go to bnq and pay £20 to buy and get a piece of wood cut - this is unacceptable I would like that money back”

“Love the design but cannot fit in shelves as they are different sizes and doors won't open once on as to low to the ground”
