“We ordered a single Eiffel dining chair to try out in our home, this delivery was delayed, however from start to finish, the customer service we received was great and we were kept up to date. The chair suited our dining room perfectly so we ordered 7 more in a variety of bright colours. They all arrived within a week of ordering and look fabulous! We are so pleased with our contemporary bright mix of chairs and they are comfortable too.”

Salut Viviane Merci pour votre avis et nous sommes vraiment désolés que vous nous ayez laissé une étoile. J'ai examiné votre commande et constate que nous l'avons reçue le 18 mars et expédiée à temps le 19 mars. Nous nous attendons généralement à ce que la livraison en Suisse prenne environ 5 jours et notre coursier DPD a tenté de vous livrer le 22 mars, mais il n'y avait personne pour signer pour le colis, ce qui signifie que la date de livraison a été repoussée et ils ont réessayé le 25 mars sans succès. Nous pouvons constater qu'ils vous ont livré une livraison réussie le 26 mars, ce dont nous sommes très heureux. Nous nous excusons pour le léger retard et apprécions votre patience pendant que nous effectuons une livraison réussie. Nous espérons vous accueillir à nouveau dans le futur. I have looked into your order and I can see that we received your order on 18th March and we shipped it on time on 19th March. We would usually expect the delivery to Switzerland to be around 5 days and our courier DPD attempted to deliver to you on 22nd March but there wasn’t anyone present to sign for the parcel and so it meant the date for delivery moved on and they tried again on 25th March without success. We can see they made a successful delivery to you on 26th March, which we are very pleased about. Apprezziamo sinceramente il tuo feedback sulle bellissime sedie e sulla loro corrispondenza alla descrizione. Ci scusiamo per il leggero danno su tre sedie su quattro, anche se abbiamo notato che avevi un ordine misto di sedie outlet e sedie normali. Le nostre sedie outlet sono vendute ad un prezzo ridotto (fino al 60%) perché presentano leggere imperfezioni come un graffio o una piccola scheggiatura, ma sono pur sempre prodotti nuovi. Spero che questo chiarisca il motivo per cui alcune sedie hanno un piccolo graffio sullo schienale! “Delivery was delayed, but I had to phone to find out why. However, when it was to be delivered I was informed beforehand. The packaging was sturdy if a little battered and my order arrived in perfect condition. Instructions to put together were adequate with illustration, tool and necessary bits.”

“J'ai passé hier une commande de 4 chaises et d'une table (que je n'ai évidemment pas encore réceptionné). Je ne peux donc pas donner mon avis quant à la qualité des produits. Cependant, je tenais à donner mon avis sur le service clientèle qui est vraiment parfait. L'entreprise est situé en Angleterre et j'habite en France, ce qui ne permet normalement pas de passer commande sur les grosses pièces (ex : table). Carley, employé de Fusion, s'est occupé de programmer un envoi spécial, pour que je puisse bénéficier des meubles sélectionnés. J'ai eu un réponse dans un délai maximum de 2 heures à tous les mails que j'ai adressés et toujours avec le même interlocuteur. J'attends avec impatience ma commande désormais, et si la qualité est à la hauteur du service client, il ne fait absolument aucun doute que je commanderai à nouveau sur le site.”
