Very good customer service, the effort to reply is commendable especially now in this time of Covid-19. You can find reasonable price items and it helps when there is a promotion going to save a few extra pennies. It's free delivery so you cannot complain and judging by the quickness of response when querying I don't think there would be a problem if you was to contact with an issue.

I am really happy with the chair and the customer services is excellent. Although the delivery was slower than expected, I wouldn't have expected any quicker since it is coming from Germany and both countries have been in lockdown so I have no complaints here. The customer service team always responded within a few hours. Thanks again! 100% recommend.

Returns Process - Difficult

Ordered a print and duplicates were charged I sent an email and had no response. The prints came but after 7 emails messages on insta and Facebook and filling out the contact form 12 days later no reply. Phone number from PayPal doesn’t even exist! so I’m out £94 and have three if the same print and now need to contact tradings standards re returns not honoured as they won’t respond

I placed an order and it duplicated I sent a message re this To cancel one of them and no response I received the items and the website says free returns and full in a form we get back to you in a day 12 days later and 6 messages and nothing bogus company do not use ps if anyone wants one of the prints let me know!!

Trying to return a rug to get a refund . Contacted Fy TWICE -no reply . Have I lost my £300?? WHY don’t you rely ???

I ask a rep if i could get details on my order and was told that it still hadn't printed yet, when i asked for a refund I was told i had to wait for it to ship to me to send it back when in fact it hasn't even shipped yet.

Terrible communication. Waited over a week for a rug. When I emailed asking where it was, within 5 minutes I received a notification that I had been refunded without an explanation as to why the order had been cancelled. Still haven't heard from Customer Services in relation to this.

After ordering the incorrect size of my poster the team at iamFy were quick to respond and help me out with getting the right size! They are extremely helpful and I encourage anyone wanting to “funky” their home up to use this service as the quality of their images are great! Will be ordering more for sure!

I have used Fy a lot and had to use customer services on a couple of occasions. The team are excellent, quick replies with positive outcomes. I would recommend using this company based on the customer service alone. I have dealth with Juli and Effi and they were both fab. Thank you!

We got two great quality prof ducts delivered very quickly from Fy but one didn’t quite fit with our decor. We contacted the returns team and they went over and above the normal service you would expect. Highly recommended!
