Although the delivery was slower than expected, I wouldn't have expected any quicker since it is coming from Germany and both countries have been in lockdown so I have no complaints here. The prints came but after 7 emails messages on insta and Facebook and filling out the contact form 12 days later no reply. Phone number from PayPal doesn’t even exist! so I’m out £94 and have three if the same print and now need to contact tradings standards re returns not honoured as they won’t respond ”

“ I ask a rep if i could get details on my order and was told that it still hadn't printed yet, when i asked for a refund I was told i had to wait for it to ship to me to send it back when in fact it hasn't even shipped yet. ”

“ Terrible communication. Waited over a week for a rug. When I emailed asking where it was, within 5 minutes I received a notification that I had been refunded without an explanation as to why the order had been cancelled. Still haven't heard from Customer Services in relation to this. ”
