“Got two Medium / Firm ones.
My husband used his from delivery, turning it daily as suggested.
About 2 months later I decided to start to use mine. The difference between the two when side by side is very marked. His looked much more flatter which obviously means they do go flat. Not impressed !”
“We both have neck problems. Reading Gx blurb sounded like the answer. Waste of time. Waste of money. No support. No pain relief.
We gave them a fair trial, 7 months and , consequently, Gx will not refund all or part of our costs of £49.99.
We have just bought 2 pillows for £9.99 and they are great. Don,t waste money with Gx.”
“Medium soft, good for my husband but not me so I have just had to use this one as a spare for my husband. NOT GOOD - they cannot be washed. You have to remember to 'turn' them - easier said than done and, in the morning rush, you cannot remember "did I turn it yesterday?" I am washing the casing and have been left with a huge pile of 'cotton-wool' type filling, which also needs refreshing.”
“The pilows were excellent at first but didn't keep their pumped up state even after a month,even my partner asked me why have they gone down,and what was wrong with them.i didn't know and I followed instructions and turned every day. Not happy at the price they cost.i got them from shopping channel.after brilliant demonstration and thought they are what we need instead of buying cheaper pillows every few monthsI i will still be buying others every few months after all.wouldn't buy these again.sorry.”
“Thought these looked good so we decided to buy a medium soft version and if we both liked it we would purchase another. Unfortunately neither of us could get on with it. I sleep mainly on my front and it is far too high for comfort.My husband sleeps on his back and also found it too high. I must add we do not have abnormally short necks .Oh dear !
However the pillow looks well made and at least it doesn't make a crinkling noise when you turn your head on it.”

“I have been using these pillows (medium firm) for over a week, and I find them very comfortable. I feel that I have spent a fortune on various pillows over the past 10 years and these are definitely the most comfortable.
I have put each pillow in 2 pillowcases, so I should not have any need to wash the pillows themselves - I am in my 60s and have never washed pillows.
There is a recommendation to turn the pillow each day - I find no problem doing that, I just flip them over as I get out of bed and shake the duvet and make the bed.”
