“The reason i have given them a poor rating is because of the factor that they gave me a invalid code and were rather rude about a refund, I brought about 4-5 games from them in one transaction and one was invalid on steam, so i sent replies backwards and forwards until they completely stopped replying altogether, the order was on the 15th of May 2016 and they stopped replying on the 17th of May 2016, It's safe to say that they don't care about their customers as they are rather rude when you chat with them and i have sent them email asking where a replacement code is still, i sent two emails over the last two weeks and i have had no reply whatsoever, i shall NOT be buying from them again.”

Firstly the product is clearly advertised as being a download on the product and cart pages, if you choose to ignore the information provided it is not our fault. Secondly you emailed us asking for a refund after you had received the unique key to download the item and thirdly our refund policy clearly states that no refunds will be give for mistakes in purchase because the key cannot be reused. Yet another case of an unwarranted one star review, if you choose to ignore the information provided then it is not our fault.

Very difficult to find out how to download game and or some reason my computer has deleted the link to Steam which was sent along with my purchase. The game that was bought was corrupted,either in transmission or at source and as such not fit for purpose. They have refused to do anything about it so I am referring them to Trading Standards.

All the download information is available prior to purchase, if you do not feel competent then do not purchase just to leave us a 1 star review when it proves to be to 'technical' for you. When you contacted us you told us you were having trouble 'creating a username' for Steam, I think that speaks to your level of computing.
The buyer has since contacted us again stating he has download and installed the game but has refused to edit the review to reflect this.

When you contacted us you made some unclear statements about fulfillment even though the order was already fulfilled which we replied and said we were unsure what you were talking about you also requested a refund to which we quoted our refund policy which is readily available. You had no interest in resolving the 'issue' you claim to be having, the fact that you leave negative feedback so shortly after only goes to verify that. Yet still we asked for further clarification of the issue you were experiencing to which we received the response "If I have to explain it to you, you will never understand"
“After the initial learning curve from a total noobie of the trials and tribulations of downloading my first ever online game "Bejeweled 3", I'd have to say it was worth the long wait as the game is now hard to put down, I've been playing it for hours and hours on end and I totally love "The Diamond Mine" which I just cannot stop myself from playing, its excellent

“I brought the wrong item and you wouldn't refund even though I emailed before I received the code then you replied as soon as I received the code saying that you can't refund as the code had already been sent. I also said that I wouldn't use it as I already had it and you still didn't give me a refund.”
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible prior to replying to any emails received. Telling us you won't use a key doesn't mean anything as there is no way to verify that. We have a clearly stated refund policy which is available to read beforehand, by purchasing from us you accept that. The buyer has openly admitted the mistake is entirely theres and yet gives us a 1 star review.
“So I sit here experiencing a back and forth of condescending dismissive emails from this sites staff. I just want my money back but it appears that is not something these people wish to do, although I am within 30 hours of my failed purchase, have not redeemed any keys and just not able to use their third party download service. Beware probably not a site to deal with if you want customer service and not to be robbed.”
We have evidence to show that the buyer has in fact claimed the games contrary to what she has posted here. We also have numerous emails from the buyer where she verbally abuses our customer support rep, unfortunately these emails are too vulgar to post here.

Like most the reviews, element of doubt when using this site.
The first part is, yes it works.
However, there is room for improvement.
I ordered my games, and i did receive all the codes, but it did take some time (about 4 hours) for the 1st batch of codes.
I emailed support as i had not received the 2nd batch.
I did get a response, but have to admit on something i earlier read, that the tone of the email seemed sharp, or maybe it was just me, letting me know that i had been sent a email (i didnt receive it) a few minutes after the 1st one was sent.
I then had to suggest, sending me the email again, rather than just be sent it, something id of thought would of been just good practise to do.
Another good suggestion was, that there should at least be a auto response to confirm receipt of the email, that is sent to gamerz247 customer support, and a explanation of delay etc, of which does not happen, at time of this review.
This is my honest review, and only mention these things as so the experince can be more streamline, and help boost your sales, judging from other reviews, im not the only one finding a few niggles and bit put off by the experince.
That said, id spend more money with the company and recommend not being put off as it does work.”
We did apologise for the delay and 2 out of the 3 emails we sent you were ended with a smiley face so not sure how that could be misconstrued as 'sharp'. We get a CC of every email sent out so we know for a fact that the second email containing your remaining order was received, we simply informed you of this so there was no need to send out the email again.
“I usually look up reviews of websites to check if they are genuine or not, most of the reviews I saw were 4-5star and as you can see I agree. The prices are great and very competitive, the check out is really quick, I got an email to confirm my checkout so fast I couldn't believe it and then my code came so soon after that my phone didn't give me another notification. Would give 5 stars if the website was a bit nicer look as its current state doesn't make it look genuine.”
