Given the Games are expensive (I get that - that's not the issue)..it is the way they are packed!! On BOTH occasions I have been appalled upon opening the box to find the games just "thrown" in onto their corners/upside down - large chunks of "bent/ripped cardboard" between/over them that does not cushion the impact of their "travel" with AusPost interstate! These Games are heavy! Corner was bent on one Games box and the plastic covering scraped/marred on another! Sorry but not good enough!
Why they are not packed "flat" and/or in bubble-wrap is beyond me? This is my only complaint - the way Games are shipped!!
All other aspects I cannot fault.
I will still purchase from your Company however the packing of games from your warehouse - needs urgent attention! URGENT!
