“After ordering, they send advertising emails, one or two a day. It's not obvious how to stop this so I complained and it ended. When I ordered a second time, the advertising emails restarted. I won't ever again buy from these inconsiderate people.”
“They supplied us "All Year Wild bird food". Something is clearly very wrong with it - none of the birds or even the squirrels will eat it. The birds pick it out of the feeders and throw most of it uneaten on the floor. When contacted the company simply blamed our birds stating "you have fussy and expensive birds"”
“Bird feeding station finally arrived but with two bottom sections and one top section ( middle section missing). I understand they are sending me the missing middle section-god know when it will arrive (if ever). Will review again if it arrives. I know the box contents are not packed by the retailer but the delivery time even with Covid is a bit unreasonable to put it mildly.”
“took 8 days to send out for delivery and then a further 4 days for it to reach me. I know these are difficult times but most onlne orders arrived quiet quickly despite the current situation.
My birds will not touch these suet pellets even though it is breeding season. I am now stuck with most of a 12kg load of suet pellets, They seem much more drier then my usual brand. Lesson learnt. Wont be ordering from this site again even in desperate times as i seem to have wasted my money.”
“Bird dining station received damaged (bird feeder water container broken) reported immediately. Despite 3 phone calls and two emails and nearly five weeks I still have not received a replacement”
