“ It I could give this company a -10 review I would, this company left me with just £25 in my bank account to live off until I next get paid, I cancelled my policy on the 16th July and they took a payment out on the 19th ,I cancelled not because I wanted to ,I changed my car and they wasn't willing to insure it ,which is very strange as other insurers was willing to do so , I spoke to 4 different People,had the phone but down on me twice, required to speak to a manager a good number of times and was refused,even asked for a manager to call me back ,also refused, now I have to wait until the money returns back into my bank god know when this will be ,the only good out come is that they said they are giving me £50 as goodwill which I have to wait 7 days for that's if it even gets paid into my account,but to be honest I would have rather had the money back that they fraudulently taken out of my bank account back straight away , as I have to go work,buy food and live off £25 until they pay this money back ,this company as but me in hardship and coursed alot of stress , my advice if you have to cancel your insurance policy my sure you contact your bank to cancel your direct debit,or else they will carry on taking money of you . ”

“ Then to add insult to injury they did not refund me for my existing policy as that would cover my cancellation fee. ”

“ My wife had a car insured with them, she sold the car and asked for a refund on the insurance paid out, first they changed a £60 admin fee for this service then they said they would transfer the £30 owing to our account, this didn’t happen, rang again cheque in the post didn’t happen, so last resort got in touch with the financial regulator. ”

“ Keep clear from this cowboys,I have to cancel my policy within 24h as my NCB proof later dated on25.11.2021 is to old for this firm. They have charged cancellation,without moving the vehicle (will take few working days to refund the anual premium taken from my account within seconds.Do not recommend ”
