I found that communication with GA was quite complicated, I eventually sorted it out and bought the policy. However I do not like the threatening manner of the contract ie if you do not do this or fail to do that you will be subject to to a penalty of something like £56.00. Possibly being an older motorist and not possessing 100% computer skills exacerbated the situation. I will not be renewing with them next year.

I have been trying to get a quote on a potential newish car. I had to enter my job and organisation twice. It time logged me out when my husband was trying to enter his details and did not store what we had already up loaded AN hour later I still did not have a quote

The purchase of the policy was easy.After the purchase you have to supply all documents by scanning online. All communications have to be made online. You can't speak to an agent, it's all done online which is the modern way of conducting business but I prefer to speak to an agent

Easy to use, but can't get any customer service after the first month it seems. Also, they think they'll be charging me £1000 for next years insurance but Hastings are offering £500, every other insurance company are offering similar. Nice try, but you're not getting me to shell out double just because you were the cheapest on my first year of insurance.

Dont buy this policy, unless youre happy that you`ll never need to speak to an actual person about anything. Its just a dumb answerphone message saying you cant speak to anyone after 30 days from inception of your policy. Massively annoying!!!

At renewal I requested an explanation as to why I could not upgrade online to include PNCB & was told this was not an option they could offer at renewal but that I could go online as a new customer to get a quote for this. Not very helpful when they already have all my details on File.
