“Cheapest insurance company, yes... But must be the worst customer service ever. Paid in full but they still took payments out of my bank like I was paying monthly. Rang on more than one occasion only to have them still take out more money. Woman slammed the phone down on me then put on there system I put the phone down on her ? Terrible, not happy...”

“I phoned up for insurance today and was told by My multi car insurance that had a very good sister company that insurance vans This was not the case the young girl on the phone didn't have a clue when I give her the reg details of the van She said the van reg was wrong and did not come up with any details She was just hard work , I told her not to bother She said okay ,I would not be employing a person like this she has just lost the company a sale , Needs sacking or proper training it made me so mad and angry when I come off the phone You wouldn't think it was so hard to spend money Or just have a bit of customer focus Definitely would not recommend this insurance company”

“In truth like most insurance brokers they try there very best to con people if you go on a compare site you might get a good quote until you speak to gladiator then they will con you Utter Rubbish”

“I found the price excessive. I have been driving for 40 years and my premium for a car (derived van) was more expensive than my son in law who drives a large van and has only been driving for 15 years. I needed the insurance quickly otherwise I would not have taken the policy out. I won't make the same mistake again”

“In my opinion, Gladiator Insurance company are as bad as the rest of the insurance companies I deal with. Every year at renewal time it is cheaper to insure any of my vehicles with a different company. I have not made any claims, it seems that your insurer likes to assume you will not bother shopping around. So much for loyalty and recognition of a claim free history. Getting hold of proof of no claims certificates can be a nightmare, and in my experience you are no different. i could not recommend you to anyone, the same as any other insurer I deal with. Sorry for this, but you asked for the feedback!”

“Just be careful if you have a car insured with Gladiator Insurance they will have your account set up as auto-renewal, they will auto-renew without informing you how much the premium is, then you have to jump through hoops to cancel it.”
