“I have just purchased my policy for the 2nd year in a row and they are asking me for review. I think it's a bit unfair to leave a review until you actually make a claim and see how helpful they are then. Therefore I say 'acceptable' for now.”

“No fuss renewal letter. Easy to read and understood. Very pleasant on the phone and advisor was keen to make sure we had all the cover we needed. I did phone back later to question our cover and was quickly put at ease with the advisors explanation. Would recommend, although you never know how good an insurance company are until you actually need them. Hopefully this won't happen but you never know.”

“This is the second year I have been with policy Expert it wasn't a bad renew quote but last year I got more with my policy,so it could be looking at comparison sites but I will see what they can do next year.”
