This is the WORST company to deal with for a life insurance policy!!! I have had to mail documents 3 times. They don't seem to get mail. When I call in, I get put on hold after giving the information for the claim, and then disconnected!! I am calling the number on the letter I get requesting the SAME information the fourth time. I would NEVER take a life policy out with this company.

Of all the companies I've worked with in the last few months on retirement/life insurance needs, this company has consistently been awful to deal with. Their customer service needs to be more trained. Their forms and processes need to be revised. I've spent hours on the phone trying to accomplish basic tasks. Even when my issues escalated, the "senior customer care advocate" was noncommunicative and didn't improve things. Do your family a favor and pick a different company for your life insurance and 401k needs.

Wayne Browne from Prudential Campbelltown is the worst person with absolutely rubbish customer service skills. He has mental breakdown issues and he gets angry on customers. Their aim is to rip off their customers His number is 0413 718 064

My mother passed away two weeks ago she had a small policy that she was paying into for 25yrs. Upon her passing we went to file our claims. Terrible hold times, foreign accents, bad connections. The first person, hung up on me after I waited 40 mins. The second person refused to file my claim and insisted I file online. My sisters also had to wait 40mins to an hour, and all were given incorrect information. I called last night, after another 40 min wait, and was told my claim was just certified and I had to wait another 10 days. I asked about my sisters, only one got certified. At no point, did Prudential send an acknowledgement of the claims, on follow up call or email to any beneficiaries saying there was a problem and try to help to resolve it. No agent seems to know how to explain, a claim or the procedures and you get inconsistent information. There were so many more issues, however this giant life insurance company does not know how to treat bereaved relatives. They provided ZERO customer service. Mutual of Omaha, kind, efficient, and expedites, put your money with them. I wish I could give them Zero stars.

If Prudential is an American company, they are absolutely the worst company in America!!! They are lying thieves that keep giving you the runaround. Every time we fill out a form for disbursement of an annuity and get assured that that is all we will need to fill out (going on five (5) times filling out and "correcting" forms when told all is perfect after each fill) we get sent YET ANOTHER EMAIL saying that all is not well. They're liars, they're thieves, they play games!!!! If that's what you're going for, Prudential, congratulations!! You've achieved the highest honor!!! BUNCH OF THIEVES AND LIARS!!!! STAY AWAY FROM PRUDENTIAL!!!!!! read other reviews!!!!

Have never had such poor service from a company started my personal pension with them when I was 18 when it came to draw my pension the other companies paid out within two weeks over three months later still waiting can’t get hold of anyone the worst customer service I’ve ever had or not had ?

From January/ February I applied for a paid up police after numerous phone calls some last more than 45 minutes then cut off. After they insisting I have to have a (pack) before I can get further with my application and put through to one of their operators and another . I have managed eventually spoken to Amanda’s she sounded Scottish? I signed 8 documents in May she now tells me it is possible not definite I will receive my money on August the 3rd. This was paid up policy from the age of 65 I was 80 years old in May. I did ask if her phone call was being recorded she said it was! I told her good because we now have a FB site complaining about the Disgusting way the people are being treated by the Prudential Company. In a matter of a week we have over 100 complaints.

Trying to access 2 pensions with the pru getting nowhere cant get through on phone dont reply to e mails avoid like the plague took my brother 8 months to get his pension only after going to ombudsman.

Prudential pensions is an awful company. 7 months I have been waiting to take my Pension pot, they put obstacles in your path and do not communicate by phone,email or even their own secure message system; DO NOT DO NEW BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM.

An absolutely disgraceful company to do business with. Trying to access my pension fund with them. Just been told a whole lot of lies. they are terrible promise the earth on the telephone but deliver nothing. Customer service are one of the worst i have had to endure.

Paid into a private pension for 40 years took my money every month, Tried to move my pension to mix with a work one. All the reviews you read are true. Disgusting company. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask when he robbed someone. Avoid at all costs.

Zero stars! I have been trying to get my name fixed on my account that they made a typo on my name on. I have sent in proof and every other ask. Each time I call, they tell me it will take 2 days to get fixed and they never fix it!! They are holding my money hostage. They are complete thieves!!!!

This company cannot pay pemsions on due date.Fhey actually lie in letters alter paperwork to ensure a good outcome if legal pressure is brought to bear,they state funds under management and a moodys rating be highly sceptical ask yourself this key question if they had all the assets they state why are the pensions not being paid?

I know Phone callers are busy BUT my husband has been trying for 3 weeks to speak to someone about his Pension, different departments getting through to, then no one knows how to help!! Passed to next person, same again, then promised a Call back, but never the times my husband can answer, on phone today, given a number by Call handler to ring, repeating the number twice, No such number, so again no joy... what are people supposed to do!!!!Pay into this Company, then unable to Receive their Pension Money.

Jeepers... I've been trying to transfer my UK pension to Australia for a year now. Messaging service on line is garbage and they claim to phone me but haven't.

Still awaiting reply to my emails regarding my pension my requests have been totally ignored Horrified at the reviews on trust pilot but that sums up my experience Surely something must be done about this company they seem to be getting away with disgraceful service and nobody seems to take them to task Ombudsman should step in here but alas nothing has been reported Anybody interested in joining together to take this company to answer their massive shortfalls

Been trying since May to take benefits from my pension on triviality,they sent out wrong form to financial advisor then promised call back advisor no reply,then I contacted them was promised new form on 3 occasions still waiting disgraceful customer service

They convinced me to invest all of my savings which i did ,before i knew what was happening i had already lost all of my money ,i pleaded with them to let me withdraw some of it but they wouldnt listen until i contacted broadoak-capital com who helped me recoup all of my money

Absolutely disgusting do not take any pension out with this company .lack of customer service .false promises and most of all untrustworthy they never ring you back when they promise to and its impossible to get your own pension out at retirement age .

Well, I finally reached 65. Having saved with Prudential for my retirement for years. Never missed a payment once and was excited to think they would contact me about my retirement and options. Oh dear! How stupid of me!!!! Not a damn word from them, letter, phone call, email, nothing. Absolutely gutted with Prudential customer service, not even worth one Star ⭐ disgraceful All round. Take my advice do not take a pension out with a Micky mouse 🐁 company that cannot look after there loyal customers. Kevin Willard. Kent.
