“We would like to commend David Cosby, patrol 4361, ,Breakdown no.E12PF446 for his kindness and good humour and super efficiency when we broke down at home. He took us to the nearest Garage and returned us safely home on January 25, 2022 awaiting repairs from the local garage.. Thank you again, David.”

“Exceeded what I thought customer service was. Genuinely so happy I chose RAC. Being a young female stuck at the side of the road 80 odd miles from home was overwhelming; I was helped by three separate RAC employees today/this evening and I’m so thankful for the way I was treated, and the level of customer service I received was fantastic. Recommend highly ! Only got recovered to my home address about 30 minutes ago but wanted to right a review before going to sleep! Thank you so much RAC.”

“Contacted RAC today for the first time . A man named Keith was sent out to me at 01LL and arrived within 20 minutes of making the phone call. Keith dianogised the issue very quickly . Very happy with service and staff . Thank you”

“Always willing to help. Purchased a Car Breakdown Insurance from RAC. I did not get a confirmation from them. As soon I made them realise, it was quickly sent and the person on the phone was very professional.”
