Fully comprehensive cover with lots included within Sure Thing policy, I could of had fully comprehensive else where for as little cost total of £394 but did not cover much so with extras included in policy cost rises to £550 best I could find was with Sure Thing plus happy with AXA is underwriters to policy, large company and if have to claim on 2 occasions been great to deal with.

Very poor customer service. Had breakdown on policy. Was initially told i'd get a call back, As all agents were busy. Got a call back 20 min later Was told I had no breakdown cover. Was put on hold for 10min for an internal discussion Was then transferred to a different dept. Very hard to make a simple claim Poor communication, understaffed.

I had problems getting online to sign a letter and because of this was charged £10 for a paper copy to be sent to me even though I had emailed and told them that I was having problems. They did say it would be refunded if I sent the paper copy back by a certain date which I did but have never received a refund.

First off, how do you review this company? I went to an insurance comparison site, went for the cheapest quote, got hooked up with this company and since then, no problems. But I haven't (touch wood) had to claim! I wonder if the postive reviews here are in the same situation as me?

They are great for insurance but I paid £10 over 4 months ago to receive my documents threw the post and still haven't received them
