“Avoid this company at all costs. Item arrived and the sizing is way out and poor quality. Ordered the long chunky coat/cardigan and all the button holes are fraying and starting to unravel. Contacted them to return only to be told I will have to pay to return to China and if it goes missing then its my problem. They offered my 5% discount, which I don't want, 15% of the next order, will never use them again and suggested I give the cardigan to someone who it will fit!!! You have been warned, cant believe i was so stupid”
“i ordered an item from this company , but then changed my mind , and cancelled it , i sent an email and asked for my money to be returned , and i got a reply the same day , saying i would receive my money back in about five days , but it was paid back to me on the same day , excellent service , they only charged me £2.50 handling charge .”
