“Material that we are sold received without certificate of conformance. Viking response: "unfrotunatley we do not have a C of C for the 218 masking tape that you have ordered on order VT22999. The C of C needs to be requested at the point of order I’m afraid with the manufacture and they are unable to issue retrospective C of C."”
