Check AMAZON first before you buy this indestructible cord 2.0 product. They are much lower in price on Amazon. I ordered this cord from the product geeks website. The description calls this cord the 3 in 1 cord and shows it come with 3 charging pieces. When it arrived it only had an iPhone attachment. I notified customer service that the description shows 3 pieces on the one I ordered, they said that despite the picture it only comes with 1 iPhone piece , and if I want the others I can pay them more money...... SCAMMERS! BAIT & SWITCH! OVERPRICED! This cord DOES NOT WORK if your phone is in a case. This cord is just like all the other cords on the market except 3x the price. Don’t waste your money with this company with horrible customer service and misleading advertisements.

Now Geek is the same as Wish for those that dont know. Most reviews are fake, which you can tell. They have reviews for things that arent even for the thing I am looking at. I'm looking at lights and comments are saying "great robe" "perfect necklace"..just terrible. The quality..do not get me started. YOU GET WHAT TOU PAY FOR!

phony! call the state ombudsman or governor to out them for their deeds. Fraud is criminal. why didn't 5* anonymous post their customer service contact? no one else can make proper contact.

You come people with your limited items selection knowing that whether people buy or not after a few 100k your able to offset a profit margin should sales be slow. You didn't give me my 50 pionts after my first review well as a customer DO YOU HEAR ME NOW? NOT HAPPY!!!!!

We were victims of fraud and the customer care office didn't do a damn thing. The guy that stole from us ordered something for $296 in Georgia, USA and we live in California. We told them this and showed screen shots of the money getting taken out of our account, utility bills showing we were residents of California not Georgia, and we sent them the order confirmation with the thief's delivery address on it. Still they processed the order and refused to refund us! WORST COMPANY EVER!

I haven't received my orders. Someone needs to sue this business for fraudulent acts against consumers. They should be forced to refund everyone with an incomplete order immediately.

Recieved alot of damaged items or didn't receive items. At first okay because they would refund but then they claimed account been flag and won't refund. Out several hundred dollars they have no real customer support only computer generated vague responses.

I have not purchased nor will I ever with this dodgy company. DO NOT sign up, you will never get rid of their daily emails, you cannot unsubscribe, they just keep sending them, and the automated service is infuriating. They should be in jail, dodgy as f, avoid.

I placed a order for a pop on August 5th and here we are November 22nd, i have reached out to the support team in reguards to my order that i have not recieved, i have yet to get a email response from them. Sent emails just for updates and havent recieved anything, not even a "we're looking into it" response. Being as im getting no response its making getting a refund impossible. Will make sure i never return to this untrustworthy business.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! they charge you a good amount of money for shipping and you dont get items and if you try to get a refund the revert you to a automated site where it kicks you out of the refund page and cannot talk to customer service.

Terrible app, buy somthing, end up not getting item, return policy 2 weeks or geek money , on all items I didn't get any of the items I really wanted, must go through every item single item to get a refund wow terrible app don't know why it even has good ratings

I was reading many of the complaints and I couldn’t agree more with how bad this site is, I ordered two items 2 and half months ago and haven’t received a thing. Now as far as the one anonymous comment that gives geek 5 star rating clearly is someone that works for geek making money of good paying costumers I say go you know what yourself.

Posting costs applied twice even under same order same item same address. Also postage price are on the same level as purchased item(s). Customer service representative handles you as a fool saying rubbish. They (wish/geek) were the best a while ago but now they are the worst shopping platform on the market. Product are poor descriptions are based marketing not reality. Should I say more?! Yes. A V O I D ! ! !
