“We were victims of fraud and the customer care office didn't do a damn thing. The guy that stole from us ordered something for $296 in Georgia, USA and we live in California. We told them this and showed screen shots of the money getting taken out of our account, utility bills showing we were residents of California not Georgia, and we sent them the order confirmation with the thief's delivery address on it. Still they processed the order and refused to refund us! WORST COMPANY EVER!”

“I have not purchased nor will I ever with this dodgy company. DO NOT sign up, you will never get rid of their daily emails, you cannot unsubscribe, they just keep sending them, and the automated service is infuriating. They should be in jail, dodgy as f, avoid.”

“I placed a order for a pop on August 5th and here we are November 22nd, i have reached out to the support team in reguards to my order that i have not recieved, i have yet to get a email response from them. Sent emails just for updates and havent recieved anything, not even a "we're looking into it" response. Being as im getting no response its making getting a refund impossible. Will make sure i never return to this untrustworthy business.”

“For a while everything was smooth shopping until now, ugh, I never received an item from a Geek purchase, wheres Geek notified me that my purchase has been delivered. I never got a refund nor a reshipment of the item I had patiently anticipated. I reordered the item with me Geek cash just zero out my Geek account and move on. Hopefully, this reorder will make to my address. Horrible shopping online experience by far!”

“worst website i have purchased from by far. i used the geek app not the wish. out of the 12 things i have purchased. only 3 items have came in. the rest never came due to either shipping problems on there end not putting the correct address or they lied and never shipped it but took my money. so thank goodness i bought everything through paypal. it has been a nightmare trying to get my refunds back and not only was that a nightmare but the actual website / app geek, FROZE my account due to so many refunds!!!!! WTF, THAT IS NOT MY FAULT YOU CANNOT GET MY PACKAGE TO ME, so, they wont let me refund on there website so i went straight to paypal to get my money back for the crappy cheap knock off pos chinese items. stay with ebay or amazon. this website is a freaking joke. cheap items yes but crappy shipping / and customer service as there is NON, its all automated messaging. Not even a PHONE NUMBER to call for customer support..... from one un happy x customer that will never use either app's again.”

“Words can't even describe how bad this app is, I have bought several items from these guys and more than half either never showed up to my house or I received the items not as described or broken. Customer service always sides with seller and never buyer they steal your money! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON GEEK ! YOU WILL REGRET IT!”

“Ordered the tabletop arcade system, never received it. Emailed twice with no response. SCAM, going to call my credit card company then contact the BBB. If someone has doubts about your company at least respond to an email to give some sort of reassurance !!”

“Ordered 2 N95 masks over a month ago for $ 113.00. What a sucker I am. I don’t believe they are ever coming. After looking at they’re site it looks like everything they sell is Chinese junk. Don’t buy from this China store.”
