Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

Prompt service, fixed the problems with laptop in one go. Good explanation as to what was wrong and what I can do about it long term. Plus, Sashika was an interesting to talk with about Sri Lanka

Geeks are a pleasure to deal with. They're always pleasant and communicate well which is important to me. Also important to someone who finds technical matters a challenge, they explain clearly and make sure I understand. I find it so convenient and helpful to have Geeks who are reliable and pleasant, for technical support.

The srevice today was the very best I've had in house. A brilliant technician. I did question a "call out fee" that I didn't know about and Paul was very nice to waver that for me. Ashvin's knowledge is great and manner is wonderful. A real pleasure to deal with him. I have been with Geeks probably for over 15 years or more and will once again buy any computers I need from Geeks everytime. Thanks for a great experience. jim crain sr retired USAF

I have been trying to contact Geeks on Wheels since 12.45 pm on Saturday. It is now 10.51am Monday. I chair the Canterbury Arts and Heritage Trust and have missed an important submission deadline. I have now left three urgent messages for someone to contact me. Why was I not a priority for GOW to call me back first thing Monday since I left a message within GOW working hours on Saturday? I am a fully paid-up subscriber.

Geeks on Wheels did the job quickly to get back on the road. The new replacement desktop PC was not provided with sufficient information to ensure it even met the specs of the outgoing PC (no CD drive). It also had an unsuitable flimsy AZUS keyboard (not for serious writing use). Some programs licenced were not transferred, and GOW suggested loading these from my disk (without a CD drive being included!). There existed an option for a built-in disk drive, but I was not advised of it. I discovered this later. There is an option for higher internal RAM that was wanted but ignored. Very dissatisfied. I feel duped. A longer yellow cable would have been beneficial. The GOW knew his stuff.

My printer died. Best option was to buy and install a new printer. Delivered and installed within two days. All good.
