Sent the wrong item and would not issue the correct item, until they received the wrong item they had sent me.
I tried explaining that I would not receive the correct item by the time my holiday came round, but this did not change their stance.
After many emails back and forth, the only thing they offered was a very partial refund.
Not good service. I would advise people to think twice about using this company.
