“Shocking customer service from this so called company. Returns policy is complete nonsense, the mats are not made customer-specific so there is no reason to not be able to return them. They were not helpful in resolving the issue with my order whatsoever. Go elsewhere!”

“Customer service, only got a reply when I used paypal. Only one carpet came I have to keep chasing for the second one, and when it came it was very disappointing, quality was very poor stitching was missing in places and didn't even fit correctly in the cab of my VW. I wont be ordering again.”

“VW transporter front mat was a poor fit and the heel pad was stitched in place at an angle. It looked like rubbish, as it would not sit in place as the cut out for the hump in the middle was not right. I sent them photos but was told that there was no issue, I then asked for a refund but was refused, asked for an address to send it back to them so they could see what I meant but they stopped communicating. Binned it and bought a good one from Rugsforbugs. AVOID.”

“Ordered a set of mats and then found I didn’t need them . I tried to stop the order but as their policy states that’s not going to happen . It was a Sunday surely they don’t manufacture “rubber “ mats on a Sunday I thought. So they win 1-0 any one need a set of Audi sq5 mats 1/2 price??”

“Customer service not helpful AT ALL! Mistakenly ordered MAT, and asked for replacement, company refused me, asked them I would pay delivery services, still refused me , so be careful with this Company, think million times before deal with them, I am not happy at all, not recommended!!!!!((((”

“For my car, I purchased luxury mats. The mats are of low quality, and putting them in my car is not worth it. Please be cautious when ordering from them. The seller does not take returns since they claim to be able to make custom goods, which is not the case.”

“I ordered 2 sets of mats. I have recieved one and emailed to request an update on the second set to be told they would look into it. I have since replied to them asking an update twice and had nothing back in over 2 weeks. Don’t use this company Very poor”

“Unfortunately the driver’s mat would not fit on the anchor points of our Ford Fiesta so was not fit for purpose. The holes were 20mm too close together.The mats were returned for a full refund”

“My experience so far is awful. I placed an order on 7th December 2021 for some car mats which were to be a Christmas gift for my son. I was informed that my delivery would be 13th December 2021. Delivery never arrived. Had to contact Yodel for the delivery date which was then to be 24th December 2021. The delivery driver went to the wrong address which is not Get Car Mats issue. Long story short I still have not received the car mats but I have emailed Get Car Mats on two occasions and have not had a response. I have requested a refund and still no response. Today is 6th Jan 2022 and still no response. Shocking customer service.”
