“ordered the dash mat set for a 2018 vw crafter, 3 pieces missing from the set, reported it and they sent a complete new set,,,,,,,,,,AND still the 3 pieces missing. reported this but heard nothing. this dash set is on EBAY at a lot cheaper price and it is a COMPLETE and CORRECT set. Overpriced for same quality as the EBAY set. £10 cheaper on Ebay.”

“Be *very* careful making and trusting your order. I (foolishly?) trusted their ordering system and picked the mats suggested when I put my car's reg in. The mats that were sent don't fit, and apparently it's all my fault, and now there is no refund, no return, no reworking of a bespoke item, and no acknowledgment of any responsibility on their part. They still haven't even adjusted their system for this known fault.”

“Mats turned up short of pieces. Company stated they would investigate and ensure second set sent out within 24hrs. It took over a week for the second set to arrive and again it was short by more pieces this time. Company’s response was send parts back at my cost. Customer service is atrocious and basic quantity and quality checks obviously do not happen. I would suggest you spend your money with another company.”

“The car mats themselves are ok but the order process and subsequent customer services follow up was appalling. I wanted to make a change to my order but the phone number goes through to an automated message which says there’s nobody available. Therefore it’s all anonymous emails with no names of anyone to talk to. Delivery was not in line with advertised lead time either.”

“Poor quality in my opinion, thin and hard, also they were not the correct mats for my model of car, despite me having sent the correct details. Too much hassle and expense to send them back, so I've put them underneath the mats I was hoping to replace, as an extra layer of insulation. Very disappointing, especially as promoted at a discounted rate by IAM.”

“I originally ordered the mars for the wrong vehicle. I ordered new ones, The mats although lovely do not fit. I have contacted Daniel who informed me I am only entilitled to 50% refund. I have contact to get a return slip for the original mats and to query the new mats-i have had no reply. I have spent alot of money on mars that do not fit well and no customer contact.”

“Really surprised I was asked to leave a review. Product ordered 1-9-21, shipped in 3-5 days,, for the last 2 weeks I have daily sent emails for an update without reply and left wondering if this company is real. Poor and would probably avoid as now I can’t even get a reply to ask for a refund!!”

“DO NOT USE!! Firstly sent the wrong mats. Then after 2 weeks no response to my email. PayPal dispute opened, where they then offered me £5 refund which was an insult. As that is what I paid for the extra trim. Then they offered for the mats to be returned at my expense!! The mats are of low quality, Customer service is awful. Shop elsewhere, I know I will.”

Hi Gordon, I'm very sorry for this review. As we went above and beyond to offer you a solution. You emailed on 18th May at 12:56 PM, saying the colour was incorrect on the trim, and we replied on 18th May, 1:28 PM asking for a picture so we could send to manufacturing to rectify the issue. You unfortunately refused to send a picture, and when you spoke to paypal they requested the same and decided to close the case in our favour. I understand that sometimes there are issues, but to resolve these issues we do need to see the picture of the item. As mentioned in the emails, if you can send a picture of the product showing the issues, we can solve it. Thank you, James

“Order was confirmed, then notified the item was then marked as "in production" for several weeks. I emailed looking for an update, I also requested to cancel my order. I had absolutely no response from them, definitely wouldn't purchase again. These arrived today after ordering them a month ago.”
