“**BUYER BEWARE** bought first phone pre Christmas for my son as part of his christmas present, i also bouight two more for me and my wife, my sons one was so battered on the back i gave him one of the other ones as they were better, turned out the one i had origionally bought for my son, the screen was faulty and could not press some keys, dead spots. sent back for replacement, replacement came and was a large area whre someone had replaced the screen and had clearly touched the lcd screen, so large dark area like a finger. sent back again for replacement, third replacement came and while setting up (third time and 1 month with no phone) had flat spots at base, couldnt select some items while going through process, also the screen when on was greatly duller than my work phone same make model, i asked numerous times for a manager to call me, also if they are using replacement cheaper screens, as the website states "we replace the battery" no mention of the screen. i asked this question and again was ignored. over a month messing about, today to be told, should i want an origional screen i should contact apple, still via e-mail. at no time have i been offered anything for the amount of time and hassle gone through, having to reset phone and send back for replacement is a massive pain. would be very hesitant to use again.”

“I,ll tell you why I left 5 stars. It’s because I only seen get tech name by chance and I took a chance , to end up very happy with both the delivery time and packaging quality and by the condition of the phone itself .i was that happy that my wife bought one as well. This is an honest review because i rely on honest reviews myself .”

“I ordered an iphone 8 from Get Tech on the evening of Thursday, Sept 30th and it arrived to me on the Saturday morning. i couldnt believe the speed. The phone was 'as new', exactly as described and I am delighted with it. My previous iphone was just not holding the charge whereas I am getting more than two days out of the new one. Great service, brilliant product. i have never bought a reconditioned product before. But i certainly will again and Get Tech will be where I'll go. I highly recommend Get Tech.”

“Have to say 2nd time buying from this company and customer service is fab. Order arrived within 48 hr. Pre owned phone perfect. I ordered 2 by accident and no bother returning and great fast response to my queries. Would highly recomend this company for phones and my friend has since ordered a phone on my recommendation.”

“Had a problem with my phone which was still under warranty e mailed GetTech had a reply from Rachel informing me of the process to return my phone free of charge returned my phone and within 3 working days problem solved Phenomenal support and communication from start until finish. “I purchased an iPhone 11. The ringtone decreased in volume when I went to answer the phone. I rang Get Tech and they were unable to help. However I visited their base in Cork where a very courteous man went through all the possibilities and discovered it was just a phone setting. He also replaced the screen cover free of charge. I am very happy with this service”

“I bought an iPhone X as a Christmas present for my son. The delivery took a bit longer than expected but I put this down to a very busy Christmas period; I did receive an email to let me know there was going to be a delay in the delivery time, which I did appreciate. My son is very happy with the iPhone; we got the 'Like new' option, with a brand new battery. It was my first time buying from Get Tech, I will definitely buy from them again in future and I would most definitely recommend to others.”

“As a family, we have bought several iphones from get tech and they have never disappointed. My most recent purchase, iPhone 11, was from the ‘good’ category and it looks like new, not a single mark on it. Delivery within 2 days too, so cannot find a single fault with this company. “Disgraceful service. Paid nearly €500 for faulty phone as Christmas present and despite emails, phone calls and phone being sent back, I have only received ridiculous auto replies when looking for any kind of assistance. 6th January and still no resolution to problem!! Had to contact Sales as Technical staff are conveniently not taking calls. Spoke to "Online Manager" and she hadn't the ability to assist. This company has no interest in resolving any issues but very keen to take payment. Would strongly advise to purchase elsewhere”

“I received my iPhone 8 this morning less than 24hrs after I placed my order I asked for as new and that's exactly what I got it looks brand new it doesn't even look like it had been used so I'm delighted with my purchase as its a present for my son for Christmas, thanks gettech I'll definitely will be purchasing more from you guys 👍👍👍”
