Recommend everyone learn from my lesson. I paid $118 on 19/05/2022. Order number:#23752H. I haven’t received my purchase so far. I rang their phones and emailed them 20 times but no reply. Most disgusting seller beyond my imagination.

I ordered a toothbrush 27 March - said two business days delivery. Have heard nothing since including no notification it has been shipped. No response to emails and the telephone just goes to voice mail. I am resorting to providing a review a day until I hear from them. This is Day 1.

The majority of these reviews are fake. Check the companies Facebook page to see nothing but negative reviews of people not receiving their orders and their emails/phone calls being unanswered. I ordered an item a week ago, with the website stating same day dispatching. I have received no contact, no tracking number, and my order is missing. I will be pursuing legal action if my order is not refunded or dispatched in the next days.

Unfortunately, communication let Get A Cut (Hairnet) down. The website stated 1-2 business days for delivery. It took 8 days in total. I phoned and left a message, no response. I emailed and it took ages to get a reply. They must be making too much money to worry about my small order. Will rather order elsewhere next time, even if I pay more 😔

Product was as expected when it was finally delivered. Dreadful customer service. I sent several emails and never got a reply and the phone number they have listed on their website goes straight to voicemail but they never ring you back.

Terrible customer service. Took them a month to reply to my 3 emails and 2 voicemails after the product I purchased was faulty. It’s been 2 weeks since they replied and I’m still waiting for a replacement after having to pay more money for them to deliver a new one. Back to waiting for a response after emailing and calling since paying delivery invoice.

I ordered a product that wasn’t the shaver head I required For days there was no contact from this company and then as I had opened the package but not removed it there was contradictory messages about a refund and a request to send it back I couriered it back and heard nothing until they offered me a $13 refund when I had spent $68 plus an additional $6 in courier fees My assumption is that this Co will take your money but not deliver - I gather that in COVID days they did well but now with no need for their services they are doing it hard I would in the future not go near them and suggest you Dino I’ve written off my investment of $68 with nothing to show for it

Hello The first razor head that I ordered from you lasted about 2 weeks and it fell apart. I have ordered another from you on order27451H. Can you please advise when this new order will arrive, and, in the meantime, I will send you a photo of what happened the last time I used it fell apart while I was shaving? I would appreciate a credit. for the first order, or alternatively send the 2nd head "No Charge" Regards Barry Cairns

I have been trying to contact this company over 3 days by phone calls and emails without any response at all.They have $122 of my money and they have no physical address I can find.Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do.
