This app is a revolution and a step forward to end the game of this crazy car rental companies who have been ripping off the customers with crazy prices. Drivy should also keep a control of its prices otherwise the similar apps like Turo and virtuos might take over

Your service, not happy, my disappointment was the car I hired, I wasn't able to have due to your lack of organizing, throwing my day totally out of sync, arriving at my destruction 3 hours late, not a formal letter of apologise, that would have stand very good stead , instead of good, looking forward to see a better reflection next booking, I'll reserve recommending other's, it all depends on my next booking.

The screening process and the check of my documents was cumbersome but I understand it. Some hidden additional cost and no response to my complaint is more frustrating.

Incorrectly charged twice for 'missing fuel' despite filling up the tank on both occasions for returning the vehicle. Took several emails to resolve and get refunds.

I got drenched taking pictures of the vehicle on collection and at drop off. The car needed a vacuum. The car itself was okay but the messing around with an app to take pictures and answer questions about the condition of the car, not good.
