“Good Communication from the Builder when I asked about shipping my own GPU from Scan as they didn't list the one I wanted (PowerColor Red Devil 5700 XT). Was happy to build the PC with this GPU and test it before shipping. Overall I would say the PC has been really good, a few niggles with loud basic 3 pin case fans which I swapped out for much nicer 4 pin PWM Be Quiet Silent Wings 3 fans, 2x 140mm intake at the front and a 120mm exhaust. Runs much much quieter now and cooler too. I have also swapped out the basic AMD cooler for an Arctic cooler too, the basic AMD Stealth has no copper surface, it is all Alu, so getting a decent heatsink has made a big difference to the CPU temps (AMD CPUs in their nature ramp up and down the temp scale very fast, nothing to worry about though). Cable management was neat and tidy and it has left me with enough space to slot in a 1TB WD Blue SSD as the case has room for SSD mounting points, and Cooler Master sell tons of spares on their website. Packaging was really good, everything well supported and nothing was out of place when it arrived. From a feedback perspective, I would suggest a few changes to the configuration options, with more control over Case Fans and CPU coolers available, more brands etc. Similarly some more GPU choices would be good too, like the third party partners such as Gigabyte and Powercolor. However it is good that they still allowed a customer-shipped option.”

“Very easy to use website for selection and ordering of equipment. Very wide range/choice with competitive prices. One technical query quickly and fully answered by email. Computer arrived 4 days after order (standard service), with email on order acceptance and on despatch. The CPU fan had fallen off in transit - easily clipped back on again but worth investigating any rattles etc. before switching on. The fan clip wire was loose inside and could have shorted out circuitry. Windows etc. all pre-loaded and good to go plus Bullguard anti-virus, but no other freebies/junk. Recommended esp. for high end games machines,”

“Good pre-buy technical advice. I wanted a games spec PC but with a quieter case. Order placed online and delivered in 2 days (standard service), although could be longer at busier times. Minor issue was that the graphic card fan bracket had fallen off in transit. A quick phone call (immediately answered by a technical expert) sorted that with a very clear Youtube video tutorial emailed to me as we spoke which showed how to fix it. All working perfectly to spec with Windows pre-installed. Prices significantly lower than competitors, but they don't seem to skimp on quality or service. Strongly recommend.”

“I have bought my latest PC from Ginger 6. It has these specs: Z390 Motherboard Intel Core i9 9900k 5.0GHz 32GB RAM Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti There is not much point discussing the performance of the PC - if you buy a PC of this spec, you already know what the performance will be like. I imagine you would prefer to read about whether or not to go with Ginger 6. So lets discuss that: The thing which drew me first to Ginger 6 was a combination of the very reasonable prices and the consistently high quality of the online reviews which I read during my research. Having made my decision to go with Ginger 6, I still dont regret it in any way. Heres why: I am not an expert in the inner workings of PCs, but I do know what I needed. And so, before committing to a purchase, I contacted Kevin on a number of occasions with a range of questions. Kevin went out of his way to patiently address each of my queries, and to find out exactly what my requirements were and how we could put arrangements in place to then meet them. And so, I found Ginger 6 to be very helpful and supportive both before the sale, as indeed they also were afterwards. I placed my order, and it arrived promptly thereafter in a small few days. The quality of the actual build is impressive to my eye, and, even to a non-technical person such as me, it is easily to see that the build was completed with care and an eye to attention. The cabling was neatly secured, even in places where you would not normally look. Mine was built by a gentleman named Hasham, who I spoke to twice, and who clearly takes pride in his work. On start-up, I found that I had a few more queries, and so I contacted Ginger 6 again. I was given continuous support, and this is just one example of why I am happy to say that I found Ginger 6 to be courteous and professional throughout the buying phase. Many sellers would, I imagine, be just as courteous prior to the sale, but, most impressively, Ginger 6 went the extra mile after the sale had been made, when there was nothing for them to gain other than to know that I was completely satisfied. That tells me something quite important. I realise this review seems biased, having only positive comments. But I can assure you that I have tried to think whether there have been any negatives which I should mention here. There just arent any. So I commend Ginger 6 to you. When the time comes for me to buy my next computer, my first port of call will be Ginger 6! - Richard Jones”
