“My elderly mother has been a happy client of Giodarno for 29 years. 10 weeks ago she ordered wine which didn’t arrive. The tttracking note shows delivery was attempted but no note was left. My mother struggles to contact the company when eventually they answer the phone they promise to resolve the problem but nothing happens. Instead they try to sell her more wine! Don’t even reimburse her. Stay away!”
