“Ordering process was very straightforward. We chose Glasses Now in order to get next day delivery, however after placing the order we found out that the glasses we had ordered were actually not in stock. We then found out from the delivery company that there was a delay in the delivery. The glasses were very well packaged, however they were extremely dusty and I had to clean them before use.”

“After ordering my frames I got an email to say they didn't actually have them in stock after all, which was rather frustrating for a 'next day' service. However, I agreed to ordering them in, and the service and communication was excellent. Glasses excellent, DPD delivery reliable, packaging very good.”

“Delivery was excellent, arrived within 24 hours of ordering. Only comment is that nowhere on the website can I find anything about what the lens are made off.”

“My only disappointment was that I did not receive the glasses next day as promised. They were dispatched by you on the day of order but it was not made clear that a Friday order would be delivered on Monday, not Saturday However the glasses are fine and were immaculately packed.”

Dear Brian Thank you for your feedback - We do promise a next day service but it seems in this case Royal Mail has let us both down. Prescription glasses ordered on a Friday before 4pm are dispatched for next day Saturday delivery. We'll be in touch with you directly to get this resolved. Regards GlassesNow Customer Service

“Very fast service, had what I wanted. I would have liked anti-reflection glass included in the price as it is elsewhere. All in all, 8.5/10, would probably use again.”

“Very pleased with the next day service - £60 for a pair of specs with less than 24 hour turnaround is pretty impressive. Glasses themselves are nice, sturdy feeling, no issues with fit. I opted for anti glare and anti scratch coating, and the lenses are clear and light. I'd definitely use the company again in case of another emergency!”
