“Easy to order a pickup and schedule it. Then I got emails using two different names, names that differed from the initial company’s. Spoke to Mattress Disposal Plus first to make order, then received emails from LoadUp and College Hunks. As I called several companies for quotes, I cancelled the order from College Hunks. Then got an email giving me a refund for cancelling the order, from a company that I hadn’t paid. It ended with LoadUp arriving when they said they would and picking up the mattresses, while the truck from College Hunks pulled up. I still don’t know which company works for which company—just glad LoadUp took the mattresses.”
