Go plc are the worst communications provider on the planet. They suck out your money and return that with sheer mediocrity and dismal service. After sucking out the monthy instalment from your account, they do not even offer the possibility of directly speaking to an agent, and the fact that the possibility of speaking to an agent is mentioned on their webpage is just to frustrate you more, as nobody ever answers for literally at least a whole half hour. Their television and internet service is subject to continuous cuts and interruptions. Their motto is simple: get clients to sign a contract, then leave them on their own to savour a supershitty service. GO is in fact short for GO to hell.

While making my first agreement with GO I was lied to about the terms in case of downgrading. Since first notifying them about the issue in the start of may 2021, the case is still not finished now late july. They told me they have tried to call, but I didn't recieve any calls. I emailed them please call me and I gave them my number. Then they responded they have updated my number - THEY ARE MY TELEPHONE PROVIDER! How can they not have the right number? Later they call me and offer a cheaper and better plan. That's nice, thank you. I agree to sign the deal after my case have been closed, and the GO employee says she will push my case forward. I 2 weeks later I still have not recieved an answer to my simple question. GO's customer care is a joke. I'm terribly unhappy with the way I've been treated and I cannot recommend their service to anyone. I don't know if their competitors are like this too, or this is the standard on the island. It sure as hell doesn't meet my basic standards for customer care.
