“Never received the dresses, do not order here, customer service is not interested in helping”

“The worst company ever!!! I ordered my dresses before 20 days and till now I didn’t get any information about the status of my order, also I did not get the tracking number of my shipment so the dresses till now haven't been shipped. I tried to contact them by email, but they didn't respond. I demand refund but I still did get answers from them.”

“Ordered a dress last minute for my birthday party, purchased for £85. I am size 16 and the dress fitted me perfectly, the fabric was soft, a bit stretchy, and very comfortable. Received tons of compliments! Thank you Goddiva, you made my day very special!”

“I don't usually leave reviews but could not help it when I received such a beautiful sequin dress for my birthday! I got the length altered with their free alteration service and received the garment perfectly finished in a week! The customer service was very prompt and helpful on my queries regarding delivery timelines as it was crucial for me to receive it for my party and they made sure it did! Thank you team Goddiva!”

“Bad experience does not quite cover it...I ordered 3 dresses from Debenhams on line shopping . All three dresses were delivered be it all in separate parcels on separate days the first returned 25t Sept the second the 27th .Sept the third delivered and returned same day the 28th Sept..The first 2 were refunded immediately these were from Debenhams unfortunatley the third was from GODIVA ...I am in dispute with them over return as although all documentation and proof of return has been supplied on several occasions it would seem that although tracking informs returned due to Postal strikes on the 19th October ..Godiva is refusing to refund the order was for the sum of £!33 and Debenhams has refunded £84 but GODIVA has as from 30th September until 13th Nov refused to refund my money”

“Expect your item not to arrive with no valuable feedback from their customer service. I ordered a dress weeks ago, their website says they "are getting it ready". No one at customer service knows what is going on and with my event 2 weeks away I have wasted almost 4 weeks waiting for the dress that I paid for.”

“Poor customer service. I ordered 2 dresses. I kept the other returned in the condition it came in. The dress i kept had a security strip tag.... The other didn't. I returned the other and i am being refused a refund because they issued a dress without a security tag. The dress was not damaged or had any issues!!!! Even the respomsea and response time is poor and poorly constructed. Will NEVER USE AGAIN”

“Godiva came to our rescue when a dressmaker let us down 48 hours before my daughter’s formal. Despite being too late for next day delivery, as soon as I explained our dilemma the fantastic staff found an alternative way in which to get the dress to us in time. Not only did they go above and beyond but the dress was stunningly beautiful and is great quality. Thank you Godiva”

“Dress didn’t suit me. Returned within a few days with all tags etc in tact. Refund refused as they deem it an un-saleable condition. Dress wasn’t cheap, extremely disappointed. Amazon pay are now refunding me thankfully. Should have listened to all the reviews before buying. Avoid.”

“Dress received was not as expected. The quality/sizing was good and it was very well made but looked a different colour to the picture and had a lot more sequins! However this £90 dress was returned and received (tracked by Royal Mail) on 11th November and after a further 16 days of chasing a refund I finally recieved an email stating although the warehouse received the item, the terms state that the returns department needs to receive the item so it took 16 days for them to transfer the dress from the place that they asked me to return it to in the first place to their returns department?! I was then told that it would take a further 14 working days to process my refund.. bad personal experience with Goddiva and unfortunately would not be shopping with them again nor would I reccomend..”

“I ordered 2 dresses which were absolutely beautiful and just like the pictures.... I had to return them because one was to big and the other was sequin to much roughage on my arm but if it was long sleeve would have kept it. The quality is more than I expected 100% goodness and made with such attention to detail. Can't wait for my next big occasion to order from them . My daughter kept her one which so absolutely beautiful just perfect and she's a size 22. One more thing if you're a size 14 get a size 14 they are true to Size and the delivery was so quick I was impressed.”

“Ordered a long sequin dress from Godiva in a size 18. I measured myself and compared it to the guide. I was two inches bigger than the guide but I said I’d order anyways and get it altered.. turns out I didn’t have to! The dress fit perfectly. I ordered it Friday and it arrived at my Irish address on Wednesday. The updates from the team about dispatch was prompt and very helpful. Would recommend ordering from here. Lost 1 star as measurements were inaccurate (a dress size different) however this actually benefited me!”

“Goddiva’s clothing are fantastic. First time of ordering with them and I was really surprised by the quality , length particularly as I’m tall , the fit. Really great quality and good value for money. Something for all occasions, will definitely be ordering again in the future.”
