“As a diabetic, I love the idea of a cereal that is sugar-free and low in carbs, so this is a great find for me. The variety box with one of each of the 3 varieties was good as it gives you chance to try them all and see which you prefer. From a personal point of view, the flavours are there but quite subtle which is fine for me, but others might find them a bit bland. The boxes are a bit small and not filled very full when you open them (I know it's weight related), in comparison to other larger boxes of cereals in the supermarkets, so a larger option would be good - especially if more than one person is eating them. I know there is a recommended portion size, but I love a bigger portion to start the day off, and a box gave me only 3 portions, which sadly with the cost of the box, makes it prohibitive for me to buy it regularly without any substantial offers. Maybe there could be a reduced price for regular subscribers ?”
“Looks good, but tastes rough. Bought the variety pack. The chocolate flavour tasted of nothing, but was still somehow bitter. The vanilla amd honey flavour had a strong smell so I was hopeful, but it also tasted of nothing. The berry flavour, which is basically strawberry, was okay for the first mouthful, but all flavour quickly leaked in to the milk so I just drank that and threw the cereal in the bin. It did make great strawberry milk though.
The texture is also… odd. Just feels like stale cereal when you chew, but never softens, so it’s always a stale crunch.
Was told I’d get 48 hour delivery, and it ended up taking almost two weeks (I’m in the UK). I received no warning of this. And the reply I got when I contacted them was poorly written, broken english, blaming ‘supply chain issues’.
Overall bad experience, would not purchase again.”

“Unfortunately, my service was not great with delay after delay on receiving my Good O's variety pack. Being told my order was archived and not sent out after I was told the previous week it was on its way, I believe in total I waiting around 5 weeks for my order.
I was also told I would receive some extras as a gesture of goodwill and sorry for the mistakes but that never came either. I'm sure (well I hope) my experience is just a very odd situation and that most things run smoothly on other occasions.
The product itself is tasty and worth you giving it ago. I will more than likely not purchase again.”

“The cereals looked and tasted good straight out of the packet, but as soon as milk was added, they seemed to lose all their taste. They were also so hard and crunchy that they scraped the top of the mouth.
Once chewed, they seemed to have a strange texture.
A great pity, I was hoping to support a British company.”
“I’ve tried both Magic Spoon and Grandma Crunch before. While Magic Spoon has the advantage of using allulose, it gets costly to order from abroad with fluctuating exchange rates. I tried Grandma Crunch with the hopes it would be more cost effective. Sadly, the texture of that cereal is similar to a stale pork crackling.
So, when I saw an ad for Good O’s on Facebook I was up to try another. I’ll be honest, these were better than expected for an EU product. Those pesky allulose regs ruin everything. However, the crunch is amazing, they don’t taste stale and nothing gets stuck in your teeth like Magic Spoon. Flavours are not overpowering, with berry very similar to Love Heart sweets, but my favourite is chocolate. Overall, flavours could do with boost as they are short lived, but wasn’t a deal breaker.
I’m not on a keto diet, so the carb content doesn’t bother me. I’m all about zero sugar. But for those on full keto, it may be a little too high. But for me, Good O’s has everything I need at a much lower cost. Zero sugar, low calories and quicker shipping. Second order has been placed and after I’ve cleaned out my remaining Magic Spoon,and lowered my stocks of Good O’s, I’ll be setting up a subscription.”

“Extremely artificial taste. I did not enjoy any of the flavours (chocolate, berry or vanilla), the macros are good but at what cost? the cereals themselves feel harsh and hard to chew, the flavour is as artificial as it can be and looking at the ingredients, I couldn't find a single natural ingredient. I would rather buy something with a little bit more calories but at least I will be able to explain where it comes from.”
