Made an order for 3 items, but apparently one was out of stock (yet still selling on your website). Instead of contacting me, they decided to send out unmarked mystery fruit. And apparently I'm being unreasonable asking for my money back as they have stopped responding to me.

“Look good apart from one item that should have been dried pineapple ring, the pack says ‘item replaced out of stock’. Not sure what it is but it doesn’t look very appetising, sort of shredded stuff”
