“Renewal a nightmare if not tech savvy
Had a years cover no issue or claims, but come to renew, nightmare, no help, no renewal price, sent me a letter saying renewal due but no price, mailed them no help, wanted us to log in and so complicated, not everyone is Tech savvy, no allowance for the elderly . so unable to renew my insurance all for the sake of a letter telling me how much they wanted for this year.”
