I placed my order on the 4th of May. I had to contact Gooseberry via email because the phone number goes into a voicemail. Finally on the 20th May a box arrived, but unfortunately wrong items. I've sent another email. 4 days have pasted and no answer. Awful service. And they still have my money.

Ordered on 23 April - sent two chaser emails and no replies. Then had an email on 7 May saying order has been shipped but not showing as even received by Hermes. Having read these reviews I am low thinking that I will speak to the credit card company as doubtful I’m going to ever see this arrive!

AVOID. Same complaint as everyone else. Placed my order. Money taken from my account and no items received. Ive sent countless emails and left messages. No response from anyone. Will never use this them again,

Their bras sizing is very wrong and weird fitting. The return cost will not be refunded to the client it costs more than their bras! Never buying anything from there again!

I wonder why Gooseberry’s website has rave 5* reviews when, after reading the reviews here, their customer service is diabolical. I placed an order over a month ago and the goods have not arrived. They have taken the full amount from my account and have not replied to phone calls and emails. This company operates in an unscrupulous fashion as I received a notification saying goods had been dispatched but nothing arrived.

Extremely rude “manager” told us to leave the store for not wearing a face diaper. Despite any medical condition, they told me they didn’t want my business. The kid manager was condescending and rude saying they didn’t want business from people who didn’t wear masks.

I placed an order in October (reading most of the reviews people have had issues receiving their order) I personally haven’t which is why I continued to order from this site and hadn’t looked at their reviews until now. On this occasion the items arrived open/faulty so I contacted them to return this and they said they would process the refund straight away. I returned both items and paid for postage which they said they would reimburse. The conversation regarding the refund had been ongoing from October to January. Each time they said “I will get this looked into for you and make sure this is refunded” “I can now confirm it has been refunded” but it hadn’t. Then when I replied to say I’ve had that same reply numerous times they decided not to reply at all. They basically stole my money and plenty of other people’s by the looks of these reviews. Never buying from here ever again. If I had read the reviews before buying I would never have bought from here. I have now contacted my bank (halifax) and I’ve been able to get my refund, excluding the postage money, so only lost out on £3.79 now. Contact your bank if they have not refunded you or if you have not received your order.

Ordered over £100 worth of olaplex in dec 2020 and still not received despite about 50 emails and several messages on their machine with no reply AVOID at all costs and I will be reporting to trading standards

Ordered 2 items on 2nd Feb 2021, still not delivered 24 days later, 2 emails sent, automated replies only. Will be getting my credit card company to intervene & maybe police.

Please avoid. Do not buy from this company. My parcel was delayed more then 2 weeks. I asked to cancel my order and refund money. I got confirmation email saying I will get refund in 3-10days unfortunately never get my money back. I was trying contact them few times nobody replied. Never use it again !

Absolutely awful service, I ordered from here as they had a discount code so I thought they had the best price. Had I know that it'd take 3+ weeks later to receive my item, I'd have paid more elsewhere. Shocking service, leaving customers waiting unless you actually contact them. Will not be using again!
