I was very excited to discover this site and recommend it to all my friends due to fast delivery and great prices. I ordered around 24 lemon tart liquids and some other flavours from different brands. The other flavours were absolutely fine but the lemon tart ones ("Point Ohms 5"), of which I had 24 bottles, turned out to be almost BLACK in colour, like a dark brown burnt colour, and they tested like burnt tar, absolutely unusable. I contacted customer services about it as I've never seen anything like it and they said I need to pay for postage to send them back. It was not my fault that the liquids are completely spoilt and faulty. I don't know how or where they were stored but they're all for the bin :( I asked three of my friends to try them and they all had to spit out the disgusting taste after one try so believe me, it's not me being fussy or difficult. Those liquids are vile and probably a health risk too. I'm hugely disappointed and this is the first negative review I have ever left about anything so I think it says something. Not recommended.”

When you report this, they dispute what you say. I even sent the faulty vape back and without any information or note, they just sent it back to me. Avoid purchasing from this company as if you also receive a faulty vape, they will not help you. Elissa in particular is rude”

“Initially really helpful, returned a battery from a new tank that stopped working almost immediately. Offered to reimburse postage with liquid to cover. Sent back original battery showing it working but it only worked for one evening. Returned but they said couldn't do any more as had a video clip showing it working. Why would a customer return something that's working. Chris was helpful but manager basically said tough. Will never buy from them again and still need to buy a new one.”
