“Although I was disappointed that the delivery missed my friends birthday and was not as ordered, Gourmet Basket have apologised for thjis and provided a shipping credit and a discount voucher for subsequent purchases and this is appreciated.”

Confirming the product that was substituted in your hamper was of greater value. “Amazing customer service! I accidentally ordered just after their cut off time. But open my request, my order was immediately accepted and processed. The hamper was delivered and received the very next morning in Melbourne! Absolutely stoked with the quality of the hamper too! I will undoubtedly be ordering all future hampers from here. Thank you so much :)”

“Although the hamper I wanted to give ran out of a few things, they were quick and prompt about giving me alternatives and the recipient received it on the day they said it would be delivered. Would buy hampers from them again !”

“My sister in law loved the blanket, cup and candle but unfortunately the chocolate had melted everywhere and leaked, luckily not over the lovely blanket and the melting moments had to be thrown out as had melted also. Next time I wouldn't order with food, I think it was just to hot in the van. I didn't consider the hot weather at the moment. But otherwise everything was lovely. Arrived on time.”

“I didn’t receive what was advertised in the pic... the pic showed a bottle of red that was specially wrapped in red for new year... but it was just ordinary bottle of red when delivered. Not worth what I paid”
