“The gift was gratefully received by the recipient, no complaints. And as his birthday was in two days I was very impressed at the superfast overnight delivery. My only gripe, check first that it can be taken to the house, my gift went to the PO box and wasn't picked up till after birthday, so kind of a fizzer. Still lots of praise for the actual delivery and the fast shipment. Thanks.”

Sincere apologies that he did not receive his gift until after his birthday. I have looked into the courier scanning further for you and it appears they do not service that area, therefore the driver will automatically take this to the local post office for collection and the post office should then contact the recipients directly to let them know they have something to collect.
